The location was great! Right on the beach. I could set at the pool and view the ocean without getting sand cuts in my toes. The bed wasn't comfortable. I had back aches every morning. I think all mattresses probably need updating.

The location. Right on the beach. A grocery store was about a block away. It is located on the more peaceful end of the beach. We arrived at about 10:30 am and were allowed to go ahead and check in with a small fee. We were on a motorcycle so this was huge to us so that we didn't have to haul helmets around till check in. They had a fire pit and made free s'mores on the beach at night. Nothing fancy by any means but the room met our needs.

Parking is across the street but we really didn't have much trouble crossing. The building is old and parts of it shows its age but it was clean. No ice maker. They sell bags of ice for $2 at the desk.

Wasn’t informed about the $25/day resort fee. Hotel was ok for the price but could’ve stayed somewhere a lot nicer for what we paid for 4 days

the view was AMAZING off the balcony, staff was nice, pool was heated even in the 60 degree weather lol. we had PLENTY of towels and wash rags to last our weekend. we had pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware. definitely one of the best places of plenty that we’ve stayed at in panama city.

not anything terrible or something they can help, but the parking lot is definitely a huge con. if you’re even able to get a spot, and you leave to go somewhere and someone takes your spot, you will have to park across the street and walk your way to the condo.

The room was excellent and the beach view was great the swimming pool was beautiful it was a good part our kids liked the volleyball net on the beach was a plus also kids play some I have to say I was so surprised of how beautiful it was there I'm not a beach person but the kids love it

I didn't see anything really that I didn't like there.There was a restaurant we didn't like at all service was lousy and food not good and high price but it was nothing to do with yall.

Originally we booked across the street because we figured it wasn’t a big deal to just cross to enjoy the beach and the pool; which it truly wasn’t. The rooms across the street are old, it reminded me of a 1960s motel. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to the main building and the young lady at the was so kind and did all she could to move us. The room in the main building is way nicer and more updated. If you are looking for value, this place is for you. Just don’t stay across the street. The pool was excellent, Clean and inviting. The access to the beach is convenient and easy.

I loved that the property was beachfront. I absolutely loved the tiki bar by the pool and the lady made the best piña coladas!! Pool was a nice size. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Parking was awful, majority of the parking is across the street. We had my in-laws with us, one who is disabled with a disabled tag but had to walk across the street most nights. The parking made unloading and check in crazy too.

Oceanfront view with 4 seat table inside was nice. We sat as a family and ate dinner after a long trip. Very comfortable beds.Cold water dispenser provided down in the Lobby area was a plus. It made my day upon check out. Staff was very friendly & happy to talk with. They were cool especially after arriving from a long trip dealing with tornado warnings that delayed our departure. Plenty of stores & food nearby the hotel. It was very convenient.

The dark carpet was a little questionable. The parking as you have to cross a sometimes busy street. Maybe a walk over would be nice but I believe it had caution yellow light poles for crossing.Also, bottle water was not provided in the refrigerator in the hotel room. In a nice hotel they always provide that as I expected it in this nice hotel.

It was quiet without a lot of the beach riff raff. It’s very close to Winn Dixie to replenish snacks and drinks. It’s also a short walk from the room to the beach, with none of the slow elevator congestion. The price for a gulf view was unbeatable.

I wish they would open the tiki bar by the pool!! It would also be nice if they provided brooms with some of the rooms as they get so sandy coming back from the beach.
