After reading some reviews, I was hesitant to stay here. After all 4 of us girls walked in, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice & CLEAN it was! Everything in our room 1403 was updated. Very spacious at over 1,000 sq ft. I'd definitely visit this place again with no hesitation. I only had one real complaint, but it's so minor. The shower curtain in the master just would not stay in the shower (due to the length of the curtain) so water kept going out everywhere onto the floor. It was spring break, so the pool & hot tub weren't the cleanest it could be....but it wasn't too bad.

The location on the beach is perfect. Two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom - that's convenient for friends/couples to share or for a family with kids. We liked the spacious balcony, the full kitchen, large dining table.

The furniture looked old, the bathrooms REALLY need an update. The indoor pool looked dirty. The whole indoor pool/hot tub area wasn't inviting at all. The instructions for guests said we had to take out the garbage, load the dishwasher, and strip the linens off the beds. They have a very strict check-out time, and they charge $25 for each 15 minutes after that.

The location was perfect. We loved staying right on the beach and how much room we had. It was a very comfortable stay. We also loved having the pool option while we waited out the rain showers. We had a great time and will definitely book again.

The only thing that I can say and really it's not a big deal but would have been nice, would be that the hot tub was not hot. It was colder than the pool water and I was looking forward to getting to use it. But as I said no big deal, our stay was great!

It was amazing. It was very well kept even with the construction going on. The events were nice for the family.

The only complaint I had was the parking. I feel even without the construction there was not enough parking. You had to park across the street and if the lot was full you parked in a neighboring condo behind there parking garage.

The view was amazing. The staff were helpful and we had everything we needed to have a great time on the beach.

The shower/bath would not drain easily. There were roaches outside and one inside of the facility. I was afraid of one going home with me in my luggage. One or two plug-ins were not working in the bedroom.

It was a great unit in a great location. That was comfortable in the view of the beach was fantastic.

We complained the first day that we were given the wrong key for the patio door. We were told that maintenance would come that day to correct things. Three days later maintenance never showed up.

Location was perfect, family oriented, good restaurant across street, nice staff.

Room was not as pictured. I have stayed before and the townhouses are on the lower level. I chose a townhouse as pictured and represented in the description to avoid elevator check-in craziness only to find the room on the 10th floor. When I asked the front desk, they were very nice but I was informed there are no 2 bedroom townhouses all 2 bedrooms are condos on the upper levels and said it was odd that it was pictured as so. All in all, the room was clean, nice location and we had a wonderful time. Just know this is not a townhouse with a spiral staircase and is an all one level located on an upper floor.

They are remodeling but we still had a great time ! The view is amazing and the staff are exceptional nice !! A lot of extra things they do for kids and people staying there !

Other than the remodel there wasn’t anything to complain about

The location was amazing! The view over the Gulf was so beautiful..... The beach was very clean and tended to by the rentals staff.... It was very accessible to the local attractions.... We will return!

The only thing that stood out was it was a little out of date with fixtures, bathroom, light switches, & ceiling tile framing need attention.

The balcony on beach level and private room upstairs and two bathrooms and our own laundry area and full size kitchen!

Was quite a ways from everything with traffic and construction. We also had cockroaches outside on patio and our 3rd night had one in our kitchen area.
