Very clean property and room with a nice pool. Short distance from everything in PCB.

The front desk lady was very rude but the night shift staff was awesome!

I like the price ! That’s the first thing I want to say. Vacations would be taken more when families can afford the place they are sleeping at. Next the breakfast was alright. There was hot breakfast with sausage or bacon eggs biscuits ( gravy every day would have been good ) strawberry compote and whip cream for the waffles was a win for me. Oranges and apples were available. I like their sister properties that you can visit Friday they have bonfires at the other properties. We’re were only there for the weekday so maybe next time! We felt very blessed we found this property. I hope Wyndham keeps their prices affordable to families. I think that will keep them fuller.

The breakfast area was hectic and cluttered. Several things weren’t available for extended periods of time as of the breakfast items were being rationed out each day. The food didn’t appear to be appetizing because presentation was not sufficient. Breakfast service is short, so why is so difficult to maintain the space to receive customers for a few hours? As customers were leaving the tables weren’t wiped down, crumbs were everywhere. If you are looking for better service for a relaxing and fluid stay, paying extra per night somewhere else might be worth it for better consideration of the money you spend.

I liked that the property was close to everything. Didn’t have to drive far for anything. I like that they offered breakfast, waffles were good. Free parking & the staff was always cleaning around the hotel which was nice to see. I love that I had a room on the fourth floor at the end of the hall, I didn’t have to hear too much foot traffic. Everything I asked for was brought up to me which was great service. Overall my stay was definitely worth it. I would definitely stay again! I stayed in the one bedroom suite, very good for families.

Sofa bed mattress and bedroom mattress were pretty dirty and outdated. I don’t have anything else I didn’t like. Superb!

I had seen some reviews from previous customers that the staff was rude but everyone I had interactions with was so nice and awesome. It was about a 3 minute drive from the beach. My kiddos loved the free cookies in the afternoon...they were so yummy. We stayed a week and they didn't give me problem with extra towels or anything...we will definitely be back next year! Loved the extra discounts they gave for being customers there.

The only thing which didn't bother me much was the bathroom smelled a little like urine but I have 4 boys so I'm used to it lol! The room did have kind of a wet dog smell but I'm sure it's because people come in wet from the beach.

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms were nice. We had 104 and 401. I do suggest looking at 401 bc you could see the outside through the crack above the ac unit also the window was cracked so we couldn’t open it but I didn’t mind that. Maybe keep extra linen for the pullout couch bed in the room. Air filters on 104 were very gross and needed dusting. As a housekeeper overall it was clean and I understand sometimes things get missed but I just wanted to point it out. We will be back to stay again.

The room size greatly exceeded our expectations. It was large and had lots of space. It was very close to the beach and all sorts of attractions and restaurants. I am glad it was off the main beach front strip.

The room didn't have any overhead lighting. It made it difficult to see at night. There was no information about breakfast or pool times at check-in. They basically just gave us the key and said goodnight. There was also hair in the shower that was not mine or my husbands.

location was excellent, far away enough from the congestion but close enough to not make it a journey. beach was really nice and there was excellent food near by off of back beach road. also there is a great nature preserve-park bike paths and dog friendly. its a bargain-for the rate and for a Laquinta brand- its a really good deal

maybe have to big waffle irons for the big waffles that's really not a compliant more of an inconvenience in the morning. it was a great stay.

We stayed in room 402 on the 4th floor. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were great they served scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, breakfast sausage patties, fried bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, white and chocolate milk, hot coffee, orange, apple and pineapple juice, yogurt, instant oatmeal, a variety of breads, bagels, muffins and snack cakes. The location was good the beach and all of the stores were close by.

They dont tell you before hand that they will charge you a $50 deposit incase you damage their property. I found this out while I was checking in, but you suppose to get the money refunded back to you. The water did not get hot enough and you had to let the water run 10 minutes before it got a little warm just to take a shower. We kept losing power in our room when it would rain but it came back on quickly. The wifi was horrible it didn't work. The AC didnt cool off the entire room like I'd hope it would. It was cool just in the area by the unit but it was warm by the bed.

Room was clean, bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast tasted pretty good, especially the bacon and waffles.

The WiFi is extremely slow. Almost non existent. Breakfast was delicious but only one person was keeping up on breakfast and you had to wait or flag the guy down to let him know that several things were gone/empty.
