The location, facility, pool, everything was Fabulous!! This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed even more the second time!

Checked in at 4:00, was not able to get into our room until 6pm. They called and notified us that our room was ready shortly after 5pm and went to the lobby to get our keys and stood up there for almost 45 minutes due to them needing to replace a toilet paper holder.

That they gave me the room I payed for . I went to Myrtle Beach. In early to the Boardwalk motel and they changed my room and put me on the front of the hotel and what I had payed for ocean view because I can’t walk and they gave me one on the right front of the hotel very had a side view .

They changed my room on me and gave me a room where I could be barely see the ocean . I book ocean rooms because I can’t walk I so I wanted to be where I could see and hear the ocean. I even call them to make sure I could look directly at the beach . Like I did in Panama City Beach for the room was perfect and I know it’s long by the same people.

The location was perfect. We had beautiful views from our room. We were able to walk out our door and either walk the cozy boardwalk or great right to the beach. The rooms are a little dated, but still very cozy. You're on the beach so of course there's going to be sand. There's no carpeting, which is a good thing. A little tip, bring a small broom. The staff was great. We only had issues one time, our last night there. The neighbors were very rowdy and loud. After a while we called the front desk and they handled it discreetly and successfully. We were sad to go, but definitely plan to make regular visits.

There was nothing we didn't like. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

I loved the view from the room. It was quiet as well. Two pools are very convenient. Overall I was satisfied with the stay.lotsnof parking area. I loved that a broom was left in the room to help us keep our floor clean. Multiple ways to get to upper floors. The staff took our dirty towels and rags and left us clean ones. The majority of the staff was nice, really cant complain. The area was clean. The boardwalk was a very pleasant area to walk and had multiple areas to get to the beach and wash off when coming back.

Very small tv, the traffic to get to this location is more difficult than other areas we have stayed in. Very slow check in compared to other locations, i was expecting this due to other reviews. The biggest flaw was the restroom , very small, poor water pressure and it's right at the door to get in out of your room. Very overstimulating for me to get in and out of the bathroom while someone else is going through the front door. The elevator was slow we found it easier and quicker to walk the four flights of stairs.

I absolutely loved the fact that the hotel was right on the beach with multiple beach access just steps away, the beach was not crowded at all making it wonderful and easy to watch you children with a struggle between crowds! This was super important to me. Parking was awesome and super easy to access the rooms and beach! The white sandy beach was absolutely beautiful, The water temperature was perfect, with the exception of the June Grass being very visible, although it seemed to be clearing up throughout the evening. The beach was even more relaxing in the evening, when the beach was less crowded and the beach waves sounded super peaceful! The beds were very comfy minus the sheets feeling somewhat rough! The room smelled very clean and was cool upon entering which was nice, you could tell housekeeping did a very good job! I would definitely come back in the near future.

The restroom felt somewhat tight or small, with a lot of rust in the ceiling and walls with some moldy areas visible. The towels smelled a little weird, but I brought my own so we were fine! I was under the impression my room would have a couch but it didn't, i'm not sure why but it wasn't a big deal. "Hotel view" means a literal hotel roof top view lol, which is fine if you don't enjoy the ocean view, I would definitely choose a balcony/ocean view next time! I didn't see and ice machine available for use but they did have ice available for purchase.

The location was great! Everything we wanted to see and do was a short distance away. The boardwalk and beach access was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. When we needed anything, they were always happy to help. We are already making plans for a longer stay next year with more family members going!

This is an older hotel and it could use some updates. That being said, the price and location more than makes up for the slightly older look and feel of the hotel. We didn't spend enough time in the room for it to matter

OMG, how could you not love this place!! It was very affordable for a family of five to stay right on the beach!! Our room was perfect for what we needed on this trip. When I asked for extra towels, it was no problem getting them right away!! All the staff was so friendly and helpful!! The whole property was clean and well kept!! There are 3 or 4 beach access areas right there. There are several little seating areas all along the cutest boardwalk path. We absolutely loved our stay here!! Side note: we were here just after Christmas 2024, so the letters to Santa box were still set up with a big beach chair, perfect photo opt area!! There were 2 pools open witch there weather was perfect for swimming or laying out!! There were several areas with vending machines. A cafe just off the office area great for a quick snack without leaving the property The coolest hermit crab aquarium and a little video arcade room!! Im sure there were things we didn't discover while on this trip, BUT we will be booking here again, so I'm sure will learn more next time!!

The only thing i can think of that would have been nice is if there was a broom in the room to sweep up after being down in the sand (But to be honest im sure i could have asked for one and they would have given me one and i did tell them they didn't need to clean our room until we checked out)

Large room, right on the beach, pool on property, elevators, beds were decently comfortable. Not top tier but definitely not the worst. Good amount of sleeping space. AC is ice cold!

When walking in the door is extremely narrow and leads right into the bathroom basically. Blankets are very thin and stiff. Neither would stop me from visiting again I would just bring my own blankets next time. Would have liked an air fryer or oven at least in the family/large rooms. Again, nothing was so bad that I would not return.

The location is great.. The boardwalk is not for everyone. It’s not a high class fancy high tower. But as for me and my family and thousands of more families, it is perfect! I’d rather stay in an affordable place that’s nice and clean like the boardwalk and have the extra money to spend on all the extra attractions around Panama City while I’m on vacation.

The boardwalk is definitely a family atmosphere. The type of family that is down to earth and dont think they are better. Everyone is friendly.

Overall nice place to stay for the price. Very conveniently located/walking distance to a lot of places. Beach wasn’t crowded. Located down the street from warf that has a very good buffet walking distance to pineapple Willie’s beds were comfortable room was clean.

Not many carts to bring things up to 2+ floors/ not enough parking had to park distance away from room if you go out at night. If staying for a few nights had to always exchange towels and had to ask house keeping to clean room. Pets are allowed which is fine. But rooms have a door conjoined with the room behind us and assuming when people went places to the beach exc.. dog would constantly bark because was in a kennel assuming.
