OMG, how could you not love this place!! It was very affordable for a family of five to stay right on the beach!! Our room was perfect for what we needed on this trip. When I asked for extra towels, it was no problem getting them right away!! All the staff was so friendly and helpful!! The whole property was clean and well kept!! There are 3 or 4 beach access areas right there. There are several little seating areas all along the cutest boardwalk path. We absolutely loved our stay here!! Side note: we were here just after Christmas 2024, so the letters to Santa box were still set up with a big beach chair, perfect photo opt area!! There were 2 pools open witch there weather was perfect for swimming or laying out!! There were several areas with vending machines. A cafe just off the office area great for a quick snack without leaving the property The coolest hermit crab aquarium and a little video arcade room!! Im sure there were things we didn't discover while on this trip, BUT we will be booking here again, so I'm sure will learn more next time!!

The only thing i can think of that would have been nice is if there was a broom in the room to sweep up after being down in the sand (But to be honest im sure i could have asked for one and they would have given me one and i did tell them they didn't need to clean our room until we checked out)

Overall nice place to stay for the price. Very conveniently located/walking distance to a lot of places. Beach wasn’t crowded. Located down the street from warf that has a very good buffet walking distance to pineapple Willie’s beds were comfortable room was clean.

Not many carts to bring things up to 2+ floors/ not enough parking had to park distance away from room if you go out at night. If staying for a few nights had to always exchange towels and had to ask house keeping to clean room. Pets are allowed which is fine. But rooms have a door conjoined with the room behind us and assuming when people went places to the beach exc.. dog would constantly bark because was in a kennel assuming.

The property was clean well kept beautiful landscapes pools were great quiet at night

The only thing I was charged by booking and the motel so it made my bank account over drawn and I had no money to spend for food so we are in the room ! They said it will be put back on my bank card in 3 to 5 days I had my car insurance to be drafted the next day which made my account over drawn so I had to put what money I did have for meals and excursions in bank to cover the over draft! I could not go on a sunset cruise or dolphin excursion! I told the employees that I paid on 18th before I came and showed them my bank account where it was paid and they still insisted I pay again!

Location was great ... room on ground floor great due health issues and also with my Service Dog. For out of season timing, everything was clean and appeared to be plenty of staff available. Beds were very comfortable.

Could not get TV to work, but not a problem. Outside lighting was VERY poor. Room lighting made use of flashlight necessary at times. Only one coffee packet in room which was problem for someone who typically drinks 3 - 4 large cups daily.

This property is very close to Riley’s Believe it or Not, WonderWorks, shipwreck island, and pier park. We were able to walk out and be right into the beach in just a few steps. Very clean and the staff was very accommodating.

My only faults for this condo/hotel stay is that there are not a secure lock from the inside, but completely secure from outside. We have small kids so they are able to unlock the door by turning the handle. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and a great price.

The location, price, staff, and facilities were GREAT!!! Check in was easy the rooms were clean with tons of fresh towels and security was present and really kept an eye on things it's right on the beach and right by all kinds of restaurants and activities just can't say enough about it!!! Saved big here and enjoyed my stay!! I traveled with my 2 sons and they both can't wait to go back!!! We will book again and again!!! LOVED IT!!!

I was kind of skeptical according to some of the reviews but decided to try it for myself. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our air unit went out our first night and the maintenance man was there and put in brad new one quickly. Close to the beach, comfortable bed and pillows. The anchor bar and grill on site was good along with the tiki bar on site was good food. Good for the price. Will stay again.

The mattress in the futon on the bunk bed was hard but nothing major.

We like the location. We arrived in town early and stopped by to ask if our room was ready. Michael was super nice and got us checked in immediately. The outside landscaping was beautiful. We had a patio room, which we loved.

A shelf in the bathroom for personal items would be helpful. Also, hooks on the door for hanging items. The floor was not clean and bought air freshener for the room.

It was right on the beach had a few restaurants within walking distance

We couldn't stay longer, people was drinking in the pool and we had our 5 grandkids and they was other families there with small children as well and the language was shameful the drinking didn't really bother us it was the drunk people with the filthy language I had a problem with ,if your going to drink around small children learn when you have had enough .

The location, the the staff (except for one guy who seemed aggravated about my little girl trying to talk to him) and the other guest.

The smoking and I’m “NOT” talking about the weed… Pot smokers don’t drop there butts everywhere for people to step on barefoot and get burned that was horrible and disgusting! It was cigarette butts everywhere!!! Maybe go to nonsmoking on site or at the very least have designated areas for smoking. With cans for the butts!
