It was nice to have a kitchen. Basic kitchen equipment was supplied. It would have been nice to have real silverware instead of plastic. We were able to spend time with our granddaughters and their families, who were also staying there. We arrived on a Sunday and we received an e-mail from the property saying that our room was unlocked with the keys inside. We had a couple of questions and called them twice and they were very helpful.

It was not fancy but it was clean and comfortable and having a kitchen helped with meal costs. We brought our own bedding and towels but could have had them supplied for a one time $15 fee.

It was nice to be across the street from the beach. I had to leave a day early and the manager was nice enough to refund a day for me. I loved that it was fully furnished. The whole little cottage neighborhood was very well lit, which was great except when you wanted to sleep.

The air conditioners needed to be cleaned. There was mold growing in them. The shower head, water went everywhere but where you wanted it to go. The water went cold after 10 minutes. The fridge setting was set on the coldest setting but it wasn't staying very cold. Even my pushups were super soft. I wish there were some type of curtains for when we were trying to sleep at night. It was extremely bright.

The staff was so amazing!! I booked through a third party app and they allowed me to reserve a unit that wasn’t actually available so I was messaged by the owner and they moved me from the 3 bedroom to the 4 bedroom free of charge since there was a glitch in the booking app…I hate a messy house and the sand brought in daily from my family’s feet drove me nuts. The staff was so amazing and allowed me to get the vacuum every day sometimes twice a day to use to keep our unit clean. Also if I needed anything alls I had to do was ask the office and they got it for me. The location was amazing we were able to go to the beach daily. My family loved that there was multiple pools but they mostly loved the heated deeper pool. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I didn’t really have any issues. I found a few things left behind from previous tenants that were stuck under some of the beds. The Carpet in unit 8 was the only complaint from us. the carpet needs redone it’s old and tattered.

We really enjoyed the location of the property to the beach. We also loved having the volleyball court, basketball court and pool close by. Our kids enjoyed using all of the things. It was a great place to enjoy time with family and friends.

Some of the bunk beds in our room were missing slats so they dipped in several places.

I love the privacy , and the whole house was nice and spacious . Nice neighborhood.

There was little problems here and there I noticed little things that where messed up or broken but it was still good place to stay. It would be better if they had more then one tv, the wifi barely worked for us , and I was hoping the pool would of been heated !

It was clean, quiet, very nice, The beach was just across the street. They allowed a late check out for us. I intend to go back someday.

The property was clean and close to the beach. The pool was convenient. Well maintained.

Wished they had darkening shades, instead of light filtering window shades.

I loved the fact that the property was minute's away from the beach and easily accessible..

We traveled with kids and there was a loud smell of Marijuana coming from the Laundry room and none of the staff done anything about it.
