It was clean, nice and quiet. The staff have always been very nice and helpful.

My only complaint is the beds. They need to be replaced. They are worn out. The pull out couch was awful. Springs poking you everywhere.

Our tv went out and they offered to let us watch in the living room of another unit until they could get a new one for our room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

While the resort IS pet friendly, the beach is not. Dogs are only allowed on the beach in one area next to Pier Park.

The staff was friendly and the place is clean. I like the fact that it is centered around families. I will be back!

I would have liked to have had an absorbent mat at the door to keep from having a wet floor. I'm not nit picking though! When I first arrived I tried to plug in the lamp and it sparked and flipped the breaker. I would have liked to have some more lighting with the lamps but I did not try that again. I will add that the maintenance man got back in record time because he had left for the day when I arrived and fixed it in a jiff!

It is the perfect location. Right on the strip. Close enough to everything but just far enough away to have a relaxing time. Beach in literal walking distance. Just step outside and it’s Always quiet at the villas. And it’s dog friendly!!!!!

Villa 30 is an amazing room. However the master bedroom is street facing so no beach view in bed. And although it is normally quiet, it was on a weekend and the people staying at the rental across the road were EXTREMELY loud. And there was someone every morning at like 6 or 7am that would park right under our window and blast their music. Not sure I slept well the entire time I was there. So although I loved the room I’m not sure I would stay in villa 30 again

Super easy check-in. Villa 17 was great. Furnishings are dated but everything was clean and comfortable and you can't beat sitting just steps from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. I love the West end of the beach. Way more peaceful and less crowded. The swimming pool was just steps away and was perfect, they have charcoal grills with everything you need and they have a nice Jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again.

Some updates are needed.. a little more information provided about amenities in the exact villa you are in (type of appliances at your disposal)(a few more towels in the room instead of having to take soiled ones to front to replace with fresh ones) and available ice machine on property would be a plus

I love that it’s small and people are friendly. It’s very close to the beach and beach is never crowded

Very dated, lots of things broken and to do laundry is a pain since it’s not in the rooms and the machines are old and cost money. The beds are not comfortable but if they would improve the quality of the blankets that’s would maybe help. Its pet friendly but there was a lot of dogs barking and that is not very relaxing!

The location was great it was away from all the big condos so the beach wasnt cluttered with people.. the condo it self was great.. ac worked amazing plus it was quiet for all the people that was there..

In the process of reserving the room in the description of the room it did not include that the room did not have a sink or the kitchenette area.. when you're getting ready to leave it's a hassle to wash the dishes that you've messed up in the room you have to wash them either in the tub or the bathroom sink..

Location is on point!!!! Away from the chaos of all the touristy attractions; but right up the road from it, all the same. Cool bar right across the street for libation & entertainment. Property is right on the beach. The sound of the waves; and view, from our front door was serene! Will definitely be staying again.

Location, being right on the beach, not crowded, quite, everyone was super nice.

The room was in need of some updating, cosmetic stuff. Could use more bedding for the beds. No blankets in room we had to go buy one. Wished there would have been some type of ice machine.
