The room was not ready upon arrival. I told the clerk that I initially reserved a room for the handicapped but I didn't have that need anymore. He replied, "Since you booked through a 3rd Party, I can't switch your room ". But while we were waiting for the room to be cleaned, someone showed up with a need for the special room. The clerk switched the room without hesitation. Asked me for the card keys to my room to accommodate the other party and giving me a regular room.

Overall, the hotel was very clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly. Also, the room caught me by surprise due to it being very spacious. My family was there only one night, but it was well worth the stay.

My family didn’t have any complaints. We truly enjoyed our stay and rested well. The beds were very comfortable and this was a surprise. However, I’m not sure about the sofa bed. Although, my daughter didn’t complain. Therefore, it must have been comfortable as well.

good value, bed was very supportive and comfortable, so much so that we ended up oversleeping! The staff at check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient, very professional.

We got a suite with a sitting area separate from the bedroom, but there was no TV in the sitting area--seems like a fairly safe expectation to have another TV in this area to me, but since I had a laptop it was not a huge deal.

Staff was friendly. I noticed the hotel was clean as soon as we walked in. Hotel was very accessible off the interstate. Room was great, clean, the bed was comfortable and many options for breakfast. For the price it was awesome. Pool looked very clean as well. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Clean, but the Staff they stole the show, super nice. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They made the stay.

Not a 4 star 2 1/2 on property 3 when you consider the staff. It was 13 miles from where I thought I was staying.

Although short staffed due to snow storm that day ( or previous night, not sure) the staff went out of their way to see we got into a clean comfortable room. The breakfast next morning was fine, typical hotel breakfast.

They have a delicious breakfast. It was prepared timely and allowed for me to grab a bite and hop on the road early in the morning. It was also a safe place to stay for a single woman.

The breakfast was good, very hot, which is a good thing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was to light for my sleeping mode. The a/c heater was very loud, therefore we woke up every time it came on.

Great, comfortable beds in upgraded rooms. Strong water pressure in the shower, and a complete selection of food for breakfast. Love it when they offer real half and half for coffee and Land O lakes butter for my bagel. Saved money, too. Would definitely stay there again.
