The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fine with a decent variety. There was a pretty good amount of seating as well. We did not use any of the facilities like the pool so we can't comment on them.

I was disappointed that there was only 1 handicapped parking space and it was around the corner from the door. While the price would be fine if we were staying any length of time, I wish it was a little cheaper when we were just sleeping before getting back on the road. But we could have also made a different choice.

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff.

Only issue was the confusion with check-out time. Website and Booking site both said check-out was at 12, but was never told by the front desk that check-out was at 11. I was amongst showering when someone walked into my unit at 11 a.m. Did not appreciate the fact that someone entered my room. I work in hospitality, and calling the unit 15 minutes after check-out time is standard, not entering at check-out time.

It was quiet except for the occasional train nearby. The location was nice for getting on and off interstate. The room was comfortable.

Our door was hard to open and shut, like it was expanded. It was hard to close it quietly as to not disturb others.

Great location as far as access to the interstate and availability to restaurants and shopping.

AC window unit that didn’t properly cool but seemed to increase humidity levels. WIFI signal was week and kept dropping off.

Overall location. Excellent and helpful staff

Booked a king room on the website, but got a 2 queen bed room. Qe were too damn tired to make a fuss, having driven 1600 miles in 3 days. Needed the rest before hitting the road the next morning.

Ice machines were broken..finally got one fixed on first floor....wish we had had a couch in our king room

the indoor pool is a great option if it was heated. Booked this room so our kids could swim and it was only the top few inches of water that was tolerable. Disappointing 😞

Mr. James took care of my family needs. I was disappointed when I first arrived and seen the worst room on my opinion. The next day Mr. James made my stay so much better with a much better room to accommodate my family and I. To God be the Glory Thank God for Mr. James. Amen.
