Just a quick 1 day trip, but the hotel was a good value, very close to the interstate, had food options nearby, had a nice pool, and they let us have a late checkout. Check in was quick and efficient too which is a plus after travel. Plenty of space in the room with a little kitchenette.

The mini fridge in our room wasn't working. The staff offered to move us to another room but it wasn't a big enough issue to move.

Pamela at the front desk greeted us upon our arrival, quickly checked us in and when we inquired offered suggestions for restaurants in the area. Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed for our stay. WiFi popped in immediately with the password provided and worked without fail throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and other than a couple kids (it was Christmas week) the floor we were on was quiet and relaxing after a day of travel. I'm usually most critical about breakfast, as I'm afraid some hotel chains skimp here to save money. Happy to report this hotel does not fall into that group. Breakfast featured scrambled eggs (not those egg disks, but REAL scrambled eggs), sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, cereals, fruit, sweet rolls and other offerings too numerous to mention. I was impressed with the dining room attendant that managed to keep up with the items coming from the kitchen and kept the serving area neat and clean to give the constant flux of patrons a pleasant welcome. When not working the kitchen or cleaning she mingled with folks that had obviously finished their meal and offered to remove their plates to the trash receptacle. Service and friendliness like this is not widespread in other than luxury hotels. Our hats off to the hotel staff and management that obviously understand that friendliest and a smile extends beyond the front desk. We will definitely continue to stay with this hotel when in this area. We found a winner.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We left refreshed, our tummies full and ready to take on our next day of travel. No complaints here, no shortage of friendliness, food or convenience or comfort.

I hope I'm correct in the name! "Courtney" if that's correct, set this trip on such a positive direction, I can't say enough about her attitude and assistance! I had incorrectly booked the room for the following day. She assured me, it was no problem and immediately made the necessary changes. In addition, the lady that set up the breakfast bar couldn't have been more friendly-such a wonderful attitude. As a matter of fact, EVERY personnel we met went out of their way, to smile and greet us! You have created a wonderful culture!

Shania at the front desk was great, a very welcoming and helpful young woman. Also Shawana, who filled us with breakfast, also kept the food area and dining room in spotless condition. The rooms a great, we had a larger suite for our family. This will always be the location we come to when we travel through the area.

Breakfast was great! The gravy outstanding. The rooms are a nice size. The most important thing is your employee Camela. She called me that morning twice to make sure the rooms requested met our needs. I needed one on the 1st floor because I have knee issues that makes it hard to go up stairs in addition to being unable to take elevators due to claustrophobia. She also was the one at the counter when I checked in and the next morning when I checked out. She has a glowing enthusiasm. After 9 nights of staying in hotels and resorts including Disney and Universal studios, I never had someone who was so caring and accommodating. If we come back in the future we would stay again. Everyone seems nice.

I didn’t have any complaints or problems.

We had a great night sleep. The beds were comfortable and a/c kept the room nice and cool. We went to breakfast and the food was delicious. The lady that was taking care of breakfast was doing a great job keeping food stocked and fresh. After we were done eating she came to our table and took our plates to the trash can. Great worker.

We found a few hairs on our sheets but the rest of the room was clean.

The front desk clerk when we checked in is very kind and helpful! She has been working there about seven years and has helped. Check me in several times always very helpful! The breakfast and the two ladies that worked in the kitchen were also very kind and the food is delicious.

Price is a bit much for a one night visit

Location was good, room was perfect and met all expectations! Thank you for accommodating us! My fiancé even left something behind, and they called me to come and retrieve it- so thank you for that as well! Great job!

My husband and I found enough seating during the time we arrived. The staff were VERY helpful and FRIENDLY. We thanked them for their service. A ample variety of things to choose from and the coffee was amazing.

I wish I didn't have to get up so early to make sure I had a chance to eat before continuing my travels. Having had a long drive, I didn't want to get up so early to eat breakfast. Aside from this, we have no complaints.

The location was great. It was just a mile way from my family‘s house and it was clean very clean. The rooms were excellent. Customer service was excellent. I felt safe. And I like the fact you have the option to pay one day at a time I came back to Florida and told everyone about the Comfort inn and it was a place to stay The next time you’re traveling to Georgia
