Kyle, the front desk person when we checked in around 10 PM in the evening, he was extremely helpful and nice. I had called in because we were a little lost and he got us right to the hotel. Once they are, he made check-in extremely easy and he was extremely courteous and friendly.

We arrived later than we had anticipated. When we arrived to the room, it was clean, we have no issues with that. The only issue was that the television did not work at all. I did not call down to the front desk because it was so late in the evening and we were tired. It truly was not a big inconvenience since we arrived so late and we’re leaving earlier in the morning. That is just something I like to fall asleep too, having the TV on.

Great property & staff. Excellent choice for our last night on roadtrip. Everyone on the staff was polite, knowledgeable, & professional. Room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was plentiful & very good, flavorful. Our traveling canine family member was impressed with all of the outdoor walking areas. Any requests were met with promptly & with a smile. Will definitely stay here again & plan it into any future roadtrips!

The only drawback was that I couldn’t stay here every day of our trip! I’d have liked to have picked up the whole property & moved it with us!

I enjoyed the (FREE) serving of food and drinks from 5pm - 7pm each night. I was able to eat breakfast before my business meetings and dinner when I returned to the hotel. No restaurant required! It was impressive. Breakfast was great. Customer service was excellent from the beginning of my trip to the end. Great experience, Easy location using GPS. I will definitely return if I am in the area for another business trip

Room 213 is close to the elevator, but later in the evening less traffic. I was still able to go to sleep.

I was traveling, tired and stopped around 5:30. It was great to have the manager's reception going on so dinner was taken care of and appreciated that I didn't have to go out. Room was very comfortable and clean, 2 waters cold in the fridge which was perfect. Other guests were friendly. Excellant breakfast. Front desk friedly and helpful. Christmas decorations nice touch. Very nice stay and I will stay again.

Really nothing I didn't like. Great value for the money with dinner and breakfast taken care of.

Convenient location while traveling from florida to Tennessee. They were available for a late night check in and early check out. They were very accommodating and friendly. Staff was cordial and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Excellent for a good night sleep prior to heading on the road again. Breakfast was just enough to not fill up like a pot belly pig and fall asleep on the road.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was free finger foods when we arrived around 6 pm including free beer and wine. I was honestly impressed with that. Then the breakfast in the morning was some of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Even the house keeping greeted and was very nice. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the location was good. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay but I definitely recommend this hotel. We would gladly stay here again.

The breakfast experience was probably the best that we have ever had on the road. The food was very good but the servers made the experience it the best. You could tell they loved their jobs and they love people. They should commended. For instance the orange juice machine was out of orange juice and it dispensed water with a little color. When the server saw it, she asked is that orange juice? She said I will take care of that and went to the kitchen and brought out orange juice in a bottle. They were just nice.

The beds were really comfortable, and it was clean. Breakfast was good too! A little expensive for pets 1 - 4 nights at 75.00 and only spent " one night ". Best Western was 40.00 for " one night "

The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were both empty. You pay a little more for a Hampton because of the extras so they need to make sure they’re there.

Our room was very spacious, had plenty of sitting areas, a nice desk, and tv. The bathroom was clean and a good size too! The bed was comfy. Lots of lighting options. Staff were friendly.

Our room wasn't ready when we got there but we were given another so no biggie. The pillows were oddly small and flat so not comfy. Felt like there was little to no air flow with the ac running.

I like the cleanliness of the Hotel from the lobby to the elevators and to the rooms. We were greeted with smiles and joy from the people at the front desk. The total stay was great. Thanks to the staff that makes the trip delightful.
