Everything as far as the hotel and its staff wad good

There were some loud neighbors making noise at all hours of the night keeping everyone awake

Location was great, close to many dining establishments, close to many shopping areas. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but satisfying (I am use to waffles or pancakes and they were not available). I felt secure and safe. Parking lot is well lit. I slept very well. I figured that noise from the Interstate would be troubling, but I did not hear it at all. Staff were very friendly. I did not use the wifi, so no opinion on that.

My only complaint is there were no cups in the room.

Didn’t eat breakfast

Microwave didn’t work at all.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Common areas were also very clean and well maintained.

While we were preparing to leave, at least 2 hours prior to checkout time, we were disturbed by the cleaning staff twice, if not three times. I understand they have a challenging job, but rushing guest who are trying to prepare to leave well in advance of checkout should not be one of their duties. Granted, of my 4 trips here over the last several years for the festival we attend, this is the first year we have encountered this type of treatment, but it was very aggravating and disappointing.

I liked the location of where the hotel is at. I also liked that the staff were nice, patient and really accommodating.

The only thing I didn’t like is the smell of the room but I figured out that you have to turn the air conditioner on and air the smell out for an hour and I also brought a disinfecting spray that smelled good to help with smell but other than that, I loved my stay.

Really I think they can do much better with the breakfast, when I use to visit and stay here, the breakfast was much more decent than know, so I say again they need to work on that.

That there actually wasn't breakfast. I do understand complimentary breakfast, but that was even that.

convenience was good. Phone was not hooked up. Had no wifi. Some outlets did not work. Room was good for the price though. It was easy getting in and out.

Outlets didn't work in one room. A/C was a bit strange. Phone was not hooked up so I couldn't call the front desk for wifi.

Room was clean. Walk in shower was nice the bed slept good.

The room needed better lighting. Especially at the desk area. And the bed side lights didn't work. All the plug ends were loose . And there wasn't much selection for breakfast just cereal and toast.

Everything down to the service when you walk inside, they make you feel like your at home away from home. They make sure you are set and you have everything you need.

Only thing i didn't like was the housekeeping knocking on the door way before check out time, I know its her job and she probably wanted to start early because i know some people leave early but she did knock to make sure.

Breakfast at 8.30am, not replenished felt like you was begging, not even coffee , no juice or fruit . It would have been better if you didn’t say breakfast included, I do appreciate that a lot of working people was up at 6.30 and took the lions share
