Room was clean and comfortable. Not large, but basic and adequate. No refrigerator or microwave and no space for them but a good value without them. The hotel may have been recently refurbished, no sign of wear in the furniture or carpet in the room or public areas. Bedding and towels were very clean, fresh and likely fairly new. Just a good value for an overnight stay.

Hotel is very near I-75 and had significant road noise. Still comfortable sleeping. The exercise room is not set up and used for storage. Being a weeknight the hotel did not have many customers which may have been a consideration of the breakfast setup. The breakfast setup was 3 types of dry cereal, milk, bread and a toaster. There was a pancake machine but no batter or syrup. Juice was a watery mix.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bedsheets were clean. The carpet was vacuumed. The sink and the tub were wiped down, the TV worked, the Wi-Fi worked, and the front desk was amazing. To walk into the office and the front desk staff,Lily was smiling and she greeted me, I was sold!! That told me a lot about the hotel because she was in the best mood and she helped my mood and she didn’t even know it. I walked in there, not with an attitude, but I was kind of snappy a little bit because my boyfriend and I had a disagreement, but when I walked in there and saw her face, I wanted to be nice!! Her vibe was everything to me! As she talked to me, so friendly, polite, and professional really touched me!!! She’s a wonderful person and I don’t know, her but you can tell about a person, when speaking with them. i will never forget my encounter with Lily!’ Lily is a wonderful person.

Paint on the plug in covers! But the room was clean and they were clean, but they just had pain on them and that’s just a pet peeve of mine.

Location, it was not in a noisy location. The bar, sink, desk in the room were a plus!!! Must haves now!!!

I had to wipe down the bar, desk, bathroom, walls, tub, and chair. The chair had white stains on it, my mind immediately went in the gutter. So after i wiped off, placed towels in the chairs. The carpet has to be replaced it is old dirty and outdated. The sofa bed upholstery was dirty and that side was flipped, so nit visible. A huge white stain!

Location was great, close to many dining establishments, close to many shopping areas. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but satisfying (I am use to waffles or pancakes and they were not available). I felt secure and safe. Parking lot is well lit. I slept very well. I figured that noise from the Interstate would be troubling, but I did not hear it at all. Staff were very friendly. I did not use the wifi, so no opinion on that.

My only complaint is there were no cups in the room.

Good location and nice and clean.

Breakfast was cold cereal with milk in a pitcher in a bowl of ice. They had a toaster a white bread, along with a couple small apples and bananas. Other than the apples it was all carbs! The workout room was stuff with ‘stuff/junk’. The paper towels and seat protectors in the lobby bathroom were empty. It was around 9am, quite early to be gone already.

Everything as far as the hotel and its staff wad good

There were some loud neighbors making noise at all hours of the night keeping everyone awake

Didn’t eat breakfast

Microwave didn’t work at all.

Great price, polite and helpful staff, clean, bed was very comfortable. Best sleep in a week of traveling! Restaurants within walking , easy on and off interstate. Quiet. First time staying at a Microtel, but will definitely look for on future trips.

A little noisy at first coming in but quiet later.

I liked the location of where the hotel is at. I also liked that the staff were nice, patient and really accommodating.

The only thing I didn’t like is the smell of the room but I figured out that you have to turn the air conditioner on and air the smell out for an hour and I also brought a disinfecting spray that smelled good to help with smell but other than that, I loved my stay.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Common areas were also very clean and well maintained.

While we were preparing to leave, at least 2 hours prior to checkout time, we were disturbed by the cleaning staff twice, if not three times. I understand they have a challenging job, but rushing guest who are trying to prepare to leave well in advance of checkout should not be one of their duties. Granted, of my 4 trips here over the last several years for the festival we attend, this is the first year we have encountered this type of treatment, but it was very aggravating and disappointing.
