Bed and pillows were very comfortable, room size was great, breakfast was OK. Have coffee in lobby 24/7, free cookies in Lobby , several food options of various types nearby, some even within walking distance. Overall it was a good experience

Noticed a couple of cobwebs on the ceiling. Love that you are pet friendly but in saying that you need to remove the carpet from all the floors and replace with hard surfaces. The carpet in our room was full of stains, I assume from previous pets. I was nervous the whole time that my dogs would smell the stains and think they needed to mark their territory. Also the area ro walk your dogs is long enough but is only about 8 ft (at most) wide at the widest point and about 3 ft wide on each end and is between the parking lot and a very busy road. Have to keep the dogs on very short leash to keep them from getting run over

This hotel is located immediately off of I-75 and easy to find. We were able to find places to eat within walking distance. The room was large, clean and comfortable. WE have stayed here before while driving to Florida from Michigan and expect it will continue to be our "go to place" in future trips. Breakfast was varied and hot or cold items were welcome. Great coffee! We were pulling a 30' Fifth Wheel and there was plenty of room to park it behind the building.

Good breakfast, spacious room and nice staff. The bed was very comfortable. I like having the shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall. Very convenient and environmentally friendly.

The new shampoo and conditioner dispensers are difficult for seniors like me who have arthritis in their hands. My grip is not as good as it used to be and they were hard to squeeze. I prefer a pump container. Also the upholstery on the luggage stand is shredded and needs to be replaced.

Staff and breakfast were great. Location is wonderful and lots of good restaurants nearby.

The shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower are terrible! I love having a dispenser, but please get one that works! This one is hard to squeeze and when nothing comes out, you can't tell if it's empty or if you're not squeezing hard enough. Also the carpet in our room had a hole in it!

Nice location, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Air Condition was crazy! So not comfortable. Lobby, breakfast area...we were freezing (not just us!) Even room when we stepped in was like refrigerator! We had to turn heating on for awhile (outside temperature was 86!) just to get comfortable. Why, in Heaven, you you need 60 inside...!? It's unhealthy as well.

This is always our stay @ place when me and my family travels. We live in Florida and we always stay there when coming to visiting family. The last 3 times we came it was nice and pleasant. The stuff was very friendly and welcoming. I don't have nothing bad to say about our stay.

Love this hotel and stay here several times a year. It is generally well maintained and the location is great. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is good.

The shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower is awful. It is difficult to squeeze! Please get a pump dispenser to help those of us who have decreased hand strength and add a body wash dispenser.

Nice hotel, close to the highway and restaurants. Wouldn't want to stay longer than a night. New so clean.

One poor guy on the front desk with loads of problems going on and he was trying to juggle it all. He tried hard but we had booked a fold out bed and he couldn't find it nor had the time to look. Breakfast is typical SAD diet and shockingly high in preservatives and sugar. But it was clean.

The breakfast was good. The friendly lady that was serving breakfast went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied and taken care of.

I was not expecting to be charged a deposit of $150 upon checking in after I had already paid for the reservation online. The online site I used never mentioned this fee. The lady at the front desk said it was because we lived with in a 60 mile radius of the hotel. I have never heard of this before. We are always taking little weekend getaways and have never paid this anywhere else. This is the only reason I probably would not use this hotel again. It was inconvenient because I wasn't told about it ahead of time and I did not see a reason for having to pay a deposit since I paid with my card.

Wide variety -- just needed probably to have two of the toasters? Or an 8 slice toaster. Had to wait about 5 minutes for the toaster as it was in use. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Bigger variety of creamers/coffee? Possibly an option for iced coffee? K-cups?
