Convenient to airport

We were told there was a free airport shuttle. All of the ads say it is FREE When we checked in there was a sign on the counter $25 each way! Kind of negates the lower room price.

Loved the location, pick up and drop off to hotel (that alone saves you some money) another thing that saved us money was the luggage storage on our last day we had a late night flight and the ability to store all our luggage for free was amazing at the airport to store it while we went out for the day would have been $10-$20 per bag. I DID NOT hear any hallway traffic, or neighbors the entire 9 days we were there, that alone was a miracle. You also get 2 drink tickets, which was nice, we also got 2 breakfast vouchers per night we stayed that had a dine in feel. Overall, 100% worth the money!

Takes forever to check in, or ask desk anything, always a line of people at the desk checking in. Ladies are exceptionally, nice. But I feel like it took 20-30 min to speak to them, often only one would be up there and 6 people trying to check in. But again they were significantly lovely!

Friendly staff, complimentary drink, good food, comfortable bed, convenient location, shuttle bus available.

On arrival, to call the shuttle bus, the provided phone number did not work. I had to put on roaming to call the Office ($10 for one call as from overseas) and as stated, the provided phone number did not work. I asked for help from other shuttle bus drivers. They were very accomodating and helpful, however, if not I would have had to take a taxi instead of the offered shuttle service. New to the Airport in Honolulu, it could also have been better explained where to go and wait for this bus. In the morning, it would be nice if the transfer could happen more regularly, such as every half hour rather than every hour. $200 plus dollars for one night is also a lot of money. Other than that, thank you for accomplishing pleasant stay.

The hotel is right next to the HNL airport which is convenient. It's peaceful and away from the main city crowds or noise. It's also 10min away from Pearl Harbor. There is a mini gym at the hotel and the hotel is only 25min away from the main city attractions.

Parking is extra US$40 per night, which is only given in the fine print. You'll have to find street parking around the hotel somewhere. The hotel only provides room cleaning service every 2nd day. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby and if you want to uber take away, you'll have to come to the reception to pick up. If your room happens to be in another building then it'll be another 5min walk.

I liked the meals and a good choice. Also used and enjoyed the swimming pool. I didn't get myself a vehicle for my stay, but found buses very convenient with bus stops for all directions right outside the hotel, travel on them was slow but excellent value at USD 3 per journey.

Couldn't make contact with the hotel upon arrival at the airport with any of the airport phones provided for complementary use for arranging hotel pickups. It rang but wasn't answered (other travellers at other hotels had the same problem). In the end an airport worker lent me his personal phone and got through and answered straight away, then good pickup service experience.

Tidy and comfortable rooms with connected door. Kids loved the pool to cool down. The shuttle to airport is great. The poolside restaurant had a delicious and amazing menu! Yummy cocktails ! And the best service from "Ken" ? Who made our last night on Oahu one of the best nights in Honolulu 🤩

My son had stayed here the week prior to us and left their NZ Maori bone carving taongas behind in a black box. Cleaning staff and reception said they did not find it.

I needed to over ight near the airport and I've stayed here before. Lovely staff. I was promptly picked up by the free shuttle at 10pm. Naira on reception went the extra mile to see I was comfortable including changing my room after we had chatted. They give you drinks coupons and I swapped mine for bottles of water. I'm waiting for the hourly morning shuttle. It's here so I can relax about catching me early flight.

Nothing. Or maybe past reviews that nearly put me off and made me wonder if the place had changed. I'm glad I stuck with my impression.

Breakfast was an interesting experience. Open air, so a bit chilly on a December morning. On one day, only one waiter for 40 customers, but he was cheerful. It was convenient that my car rental agency was in the hotel. I also was able to walk to the airport, instead of using the hourly free shuttle. Did not notice any airport noise of significance.

Due to a flight issue, I missed the first night of my 3 night booking. Although I gave notice, I did not get any credit for not, not even the $25 amenity fee. They said they couldn't adjust the bill because I had booked through Booking.com. And Booking.com couldn't do anything either. A reminder to book directly with a hotel. $40 per day for parking is excessive.

Exactly where I needed to be to catch an early flight in the morning. Very flexible reaction fron reception person when I arrived ages before check in time - she found a room for me that was available immediately. Very nice on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner - the avocado and mango guacamole was exceptionally delicious. I spent the afternoon at the pool. There was a chairlift, which makes access so much easier for me. The evening meal was great, and enhanced by a very good live band playing and singing songs from the sixties and seventies. An "on the house" Mai Tai was a delightful addition. Thank you

We stayed here for 1 night because we wanted to be close to the airport to fly out the next day to a different island. The amenities are great! The shuttle to and from the airport is worth staying here. Otherwise, the location isn't great, it's next to the airport! But, while there isn't much else around, the hotel has a restaurant and buffet, a store, a good pool, and a bar. No need to leave.

Again, this is not the place you want to stay if you're looking for other things to do besides catch a flight. It's great for a quick stay near the airport.
