We loved the location with easy walking distance to all Waikiki. The beach was a stone's throw away which made it convenient for the family to come and go with ease. THE BEACHFRONT VIEW from the lanai and master bedroom was so beautiful and renewing. The lanai became our family's early morning gathering place. What a treat to watch the surfing competitions

NO POOL - HUGE disappointment! When I made the reservation, the description said the pool was under construction, but scheduled to be finished by the end of July. When I reviewed the reservation prior to our departure there was a note that the pool was out of commission until November. I understand that construction delays happen, but this property was a splurge for our family and to arrive without the facility at 100% and no compensation offered felt like a bit of a bait and switch

We were a group of friends and stayed in one of the 2bd oceanview apts on the 24fl. The view from the living room, balcony and kitchen was absolutely stunning. We loved hanging out on the balcony morning to evening, watching Waikiki beach wake up and surfers riding over sunrise and rainbows. Loved the very very positive check in experience of staff giving us a lei/pika shell necklace and a gift beach tote. Loved the daily change of towels and newspapers too. Waikiki beach was across the road and could not have been in a better location to all the action. We also made good use of the free self-park at the hotel and booked a rental to go around the island. An added value! The swimming pool area was still closed during our stay, but that didn’t matter to us much as we went to the beach instead.

The sofa bed was thin and springy and not at all what I would expect from a luxury hotel. Would recommend upgrading the sofa bed mattresses so the quality is consistent with the rest of the hotel.

We loved everything: the space, the full kitchen, washer and dryer, having beach towels provided, balcony and ocean views, the welcome beach bag with sun tan lotions, face towels, robes and slippers, the beautiful necklaces for each of us, and the amazing housekeeping we received on a daily basis.

I wish there was a door to the bathroom area. While there was a pocket door to the toilet and shower area, there was no door to the sink area. Turning on the light at night made it bright for the person in bed. The pocket door was also hard to open and

Of the two bedroom suite, the "second" bedroom & bath was of a quality far below that of the "master" bedroom en-suite. Almost like two different hotels all together.

The initial welcome from the staff was exceptional. The free gifts on arrival was a lovely surprise, comprising of a beach bag, sunscreen, moisturiser. Literally across the road from Waikiki Beach. Lots of great spots to eat and drink within close walking distance.

They were doing renovations, so the pool was closed and while we were there. it was very noisy through the day while the workers were grinding the pool surface to re finish it. Other than that I can’t fault it and I’m sure this was a necessary and short timeframes event.

Ex eptionally good location,exceptionally good staff,beautiful apartment with full kitchen,lots of restaurants downstairs incase you do not want to cook,beautiful ocean facing view ,french floor to ceiling window in the masterbedroom overlooking the ocean.

The only thing i did not like that the second bedroom opened to a gallery from where the staff kept coming and going and the door kept banging and it was too noisy.

Property had all the comforts of a luxury condo rental ( kitchen, lanai, bedrooms, ocean view) plus the amenities of a hotel (daily housekeeping, towel service, valet). Location was excellent with clean and kid friendly beach steps from the property. We have rented many vacation homes around the world and this was one of the best.

Pool deck/amenity floor was under construction during our stay (we were informed in advance). Would have liked to use the grill a few times, but was not a significant issue.

Very well kept 2 bdrm unit, with great ocean views, spacious, well furnished with newer appliances and bathroom fixtures. Also valet parking is free. We were pleasantly surprised.

They had construction on their lower floor decks which was a little noisy but they put us in a higher floor which helped.

All hotel staff, without exception, were very attentive and friendly. We are grateful to all of them who really welcomed my family of four. Hotel is very well located in front of Duke's Statue in Waikiki beach, near many restaurants. Hotel room is like an apartment, one master suite (king bed and a big bathroom with a lot of amenities), another room and bathroom, a very big kitchen so well equipped (really like everything I have at home), a big living room with big smart TV (TVs on each bedroom too) and finally, a really big balcony perfect to have a breakfast looking to the sun rise over the sea. Before I forget to mention, wash machine and drier inside the room, and dish washer and very big oven in the kitchen too.Valet service for the parking is also included.

Very prime location across beautiful waikiki beach, the very spacious balcony facing the beach is my favourite place all the time to enjoy the sunset, the sunrises,and cup of tea, the rooms, lounge, kitchen are so clean, spacious, beds are so comfortable, the toilet bathroom excellent. Staff are so nice. the receptionists are always nice. Thalia took us to the suite and showed us around, and made me aware of all things like, washing machine, kitchen, complimentary juice in the fridge. Waikiki Beach Tower welcomed us in a very beautiful way, cold towel, welcoming drinks, and put leis on us. The daily housekeeping is also plus factor, we did enjoy the bed they made everyday, and clean towels, and vacuumed the floors. Thank you Waikiki beach tower. We come back again definitely.

No restaurant or breakfast place or food we could order or enjoy the food. And the swimming pool is still under renovation. If they can provide breakfast will be another plus factor to this excellent accommodation.
