The location was perfect for the hot springs pools & floating the river. It was also not far from any food or shopping. We walked everywhere.

The bathroom window didn't lock. You could see light around the door. There weren't any bags in the dog waste station & a lot of people didn't clean up.

Room was small we than I expected, but manageable, clean enough but the facility is older, still nice enough and very comfortable

It's literally across the street to hot pools entrance, on the main road through town so just a short walk to food and entertainment. No fuss, good parking, convenient room layout.friendly staff.

We loved everything about this motel. The guy at check-in was super friendly and pointed out things around town to do and even gave recommendations for an awesome tube rental to float down the river. Rooms were big and comfortable and made for a great night in Lava Hot Springs. Will definitely stay here next time we pass through town.

The room size was nice. The location was within walking distance to activities in town. The price was reasonable for the accommodations.

The a/c unit didn't stay cold and turned on and off all night long - noisy and hot sleep Need more pillows. No late check-out available. Had to reset television each time it was turned on. Parking in motel parking lot an issue. Had to park on the street the first night. Other guests were loud and used much foul language - but they were very nice :)

Location is perfect for us. Breakfast was exceptionally good and service was excellent. We have many good memories here.

the staff is always very helpful, beds are comfy, and can't beat being right across the street from the hot springs. love his little town, so nice to walk around and feel super safe. we will visit again. love this place.

didn't find anything that didn't reach our expectations

Spacious and hygienic rooms. I have stayed a lot of places in lava, these rooms were by far the largest, and the cleanest. For what I paid I expected the place to be a bit dingy, so I was delightfully surprised.

No complaints at all.

How peaceful and quiet it was

The toilet was at a weird angle so it was really hard to reach and move between a wall
