Love it! Stay was great. We were in town for 5 days for the rennaissance festival. So needed room with space. Room was perfect and loved the amenities. Cinnamon rolls were wonderful. And the shower caps were perfect. Most hotels miss the mark with that. Great amount of outlets in bathroom and all over room. Hotel seemed to be booked solid for the weekend, could tell little things were hard to keep up with, so not going to nitpick everything.

Just some highlights-Breakfast was ok. Wish they had bacon at least one of the 5 days we had stayed. Eggs were decent. Sausage- meh. Hot cocoa (Swiss miss tastes better lol). Coffee was decent. Shower head needs a deliming at some point.

Booking.com mistakenly reserved (and charged me for) 2 rooms. (I only received one notification of prepayment and had one confirmation.) Front desk staff let go one of the rooms under my name, no questions asked. They even repaid booking.com for the unused room, before I even had a chance to contact booking.com. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Booking.com never did follow through on its promises, even though I did everything they told me to do to process the rebate. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Hotel was great, but I won't use booking.com again.

The Breakfast location was very nice; great coffee maker available 24 hrs. The lady who ran the breakfast was very helpful and cheery. To be honest, altho the setting was nice, there was nothing different about this breakfast than any other "free " breakfast at othe rplaces. It looks like the egg omelette is made from powdered eggs. Why serve Pork sausages when you could serve turkey which taste better and are healthier. For an IHG hotel, you could do better.

The breakfast was decent, bed comfy, bathroom and room spacious

There was a lot of noise in my hallway (3rd floor) on Saturday evening; kids running and young men maybe next door were very loud between the hours of 6-9 pm. I know quiet hours were between 10 pm-7 am, but it was quite disturbing during those times for me. I had to leave back out around 9:30 pm to pick someone up from the airport, and I was afraid that I would run into something uncomfortable when I did leave the room. Thankfully, it had calmed down a bit when I left out, but it was quite a bit of noise during those hours.

We had a room with a balcony, a wonderful view, great location. The most important to me was that the room was not cleaned with strong chemicals and I didn’t react to mold in the building. I have had to leave a hotel in the past for that issue. The staff was helpful, efficient and pleasant.

The soap holders in shower hadn’t been clean and the bathtub was slippery, slid about when taking a shower. Also, a few rooms WITHOUT carpet would be fantastic.

The employees are WONDERFUL. Especially the nice lady who helps in the kitchen, short blonde hair, I believe her name is Amy? I can’t remember. But she’s an angel, very kind to my children got them a coloring page and everything. The beds was so comfortable it’s honestly the best nights rest I have ever got staying at a hotel! Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

Staff was awesome, view from room was excellent and just up the hill from the surgery center. Bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been, I felt the floor wasn't mopped. But the rest of the room was clean. The bedding was awesome and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing to rave about.

Floor in the bathroom, baseboards also in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned for some time.

The Mountain View while having breakfast was a beauty. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The staff were very friendly and were willing to answer any concerns or informations.

There were no dislikes

The King room was very spacious and came with a nice fan/heater. Also the shower was very nice and had good pressure.

The only complaints that I have (and really it wasn’t a complaint at all) was the TV was kind of small for the room we were in, and it was old and not high quality.

It was clean, well stocked and had a friendly staff.

We stayed two nights and the breakfast was the same both mornings. I wish they would alternate and would have offered breakfast burritos or bacon. My grandchildren would have enjoyed fruit loops, marshmallow Matey’s or Cocoa Puffs cereal. Only blueberry muffins were offered and only wheat bread. Chocolate muffins and white bread would have been good options too. The choices offered were healthy but people like different things.
