I had to make a last-minute reservation to this hotel as the previous one I had booked did not have an accommodation with a walk-in shower or grab bars in the tub/shower combo. I was not charged any additional fee for my room as I have from other hotels. The breakfast was very good & the breakfast staff was attentive to checking the food quantity & keeping the area clean. The hotel was so quiet! I was on the 3rd floor & I never heard any movement from the floors above or in the hallway. The bed was so comfortable & the room was spacious. Although I did not purchase anything I felt the little 'marketplace' was a nice touch, so guests did not have to make a store run if they wanted a snack or soft drink! I was VERY PLEASED with the accommodation & should I find myself coming thru this area again, I will most certainly stay at this hotel again!

I feel the pet fee was a little steep at $75 per night. This was a little less than half of what I paid for my room charge! I get that a fee needs to be charged, but I have NEVER paid more than a $30 fee for my dog. Since most people, especially seniors travel with their pet, I think the Hotel should be more in tune with the fees charged at other hotels/motels.

The breakfast quality was way above that usually offered at mid-priced hotels. Food selection was great and well-prepared. But the best part of breakfast at the Fairfield Pocatello by far is the team of breakfast ladies, who are always kind and cheerful, and they bend over backward to make you happy. They reflect well on this property and deserve to be recognized.

Over 4 visits in the last year, we were told the EV charging would be installed “any time now.” Indeed, the equipment is there and ready to go, but the charging company told us the hotel has to take care of an administrative step. This property will receive top marks as soon as I can charge my EV there.

The hotel required a credit card for incidentals despite receiving full lodging payment in advance. I requested that I would not have any incidentals and did not want to provide a credit card. This hotel “policy” is not communicated in any reservation info in advance and became an issue. Very deceiving, disappointing and unprofessional. Can you imagine a retail establishment requiring your credit card before entering and selecting merchandise? Well guess what? Someone at the hotel charged my card for incidentals and I had to dispute the unauthorized charge. Called the hotel GM two times, left info and message for a call back and no return call. Charges were finally reversed by bank fraud department. This hotel location has lost a loyal customer and the hotel GM should be fired.

This hotel is on a hill off the Clark Street exit of the interstate. Lobby and halls are clean and well kept. Good pool and hot tub. Meeting rooms are available. Rooms are big and mine had 2 TVs, one by the sofa and one by the beds. Plenty of parking and extra for trailers in a little cul-de-sac like thing. There are places to eat and a gas station/convenient store at the bottom of the hill. Hospital is really close so if you are at the hospital for something this hotel is the place to stay. ISU is on the other side of Interstate and very close!

The staff are awesome. Braxton at the Front Desk is very attentive and such a pleasure to talk to. He took care of us like a family. I love the place it is not just clean but neat as well. The breakfast is outstandingly convenient. I will definitely recommend this place and will be coming back to stay here again. Thank you for having such professional and yet accommodating staff.

The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options! Loved how clean it was and the woman refillimg food was so kind and friendly!

The only thing we would change is the lighting in the room. Seemed very dark. Also the elevator was very slow. For only being on the second floor, we waited alomg time for the elevator.

The location was perfect - great views! The lobby is warm and inviting. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice breakfast and I liked that coffee and fruit were available throughout the day. All in all, a very nice stay!

Breakfast was very nice. I liked that some food and drink were ,left out and available at all hours. Elevator was not working so your front desk gave us a main floor suite at the same rate as the 3rd floor standard queen room we had booked. This was very appreciated.

Parking was a bit tight with a large vehicle. Elevator was not working.

My room was wonderful, especially the shower as I didn't have to worry about climbing in and out of a bathtub. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices. Overall it is a beautiful facility and the staff was courteous. Will definitely stay here when I next visit Pocatello!

The guys at check in were super friendly and helpful. The location had stunning views of the surrounding area. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was better than I thought it would be and they even had oat milk which was a bonus as I don't breast feed.
