Staff were very helpful over the phone: honestly I'm pretty much over AirBnB style rental situations, give me a soulless hotel with a front desk that will make everything easy and mindless for me 9 times out of 10, but this was the exception. A smart setup with keyless entry, well equipped and comfortable room, it was great. TV with streaming setup was great, location was very convenient to the main part of town, and the bed/shower were both excellent.

Parking was a little tight (and I drive a Prius), otherwise an excellent experience

It was a perfect space for two people.

We had people with kids above us and it was very noisy. There was also a noise that sounded like the revving of a car or a loud truck that went on all night and all day. Could never see it or hear it outside, I don’t know if it was an appliance or something from another room but we did cut our trip short because of this noise. It was relentless and made it hard to relax.

New, clean and comfortable. Bed was great, extra pull out if needed, which we did not. Great kitchenette area to make food in the room. Just what we needed. Accommodated our early arrival by an hour, very helpful and responsive, THANK YOU!

Dishes are supposed to be cleaned on leaving (management request), but we were left dirty pans from who knows when. Coffee maker (Keurig style) would have been nice, but something is missing, wouldn't work so had to run out for coffee in the a.m. Shower a little small; a luggage rack would be appreciated.

We love this cute townhouse, it was very well equipped and made our family trip easy and comfortable! Also the location is great, a bit away from the center of the town, very quiet.

Everything was fantastic! The only thing it could be better to have black out curtains, so customers have options to use or not.

Very clean and beautifully decorated and comfy bed. Loved the electric fireplace and the kitchen amenities. We met the owner while he was outside clearing snow. Very friendly.

Nothing! We would totally stay here again and recommend it to others.

parking in front of our unit, clean, mostly quiet until AM

No top sheet. This is not Europe. Americans need top sheet, comforter (Duvet) is too hot. Sticking out a leg per instructions offered does not help.

Our unit was perfect for us! There were nine in our group, four adults and five kids. Everyone had a comfortable bed and nice bath. The building is new so it was very clean , all the furniture in great condition and all the appliances working and hardly used. I loved the location…. At the end of Main Street so quieter but definitely in walking distance to everything going on in town, the swimming pool and the Hot Springs. We had a wonderful time at the Winzig and I would highly recommend it to all. When we return to Lava Hot Springs for a getaway we will stay there again. Management was extremely friendly and accommodating to anything that we may have needed. My thanks to them for making our holiday weekend very fun and memorable!

Nice place. Decent location. Spotless. Great kitchen. Mini fridge has a freezer. Decent parking, it would fit my crewcab pickup, average width spaces.

The train was very noisy. Obviously not the fault of the lodge. I'm guessing it's a problem everywhere in town.

Beautiful, large rooms. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Extremely clean and comfortable.

The walls are a bit thin.

The place was so cute, and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable. Mattress and pillows were great.
