This was a very nice comfortable room. The room was well appointed with all the necessities. We appreciated that the room was pet friendly. The breakfast was one of the best. We received a discount coupon for the restaurant next door. We've decided that La Quinta will be our first choice from now on.

They were not able to check us in because the computers were down, so we had to wait about 1/2 hour. We didn't think we could stay in the lobby because we had a pet, so we waited outside, and it was really hot. Not sure if that's why they gave us a discount coupon for the restaurant next door, but it was much appreciated. The breakfast was very good except they had run out of eggs. In a lot of places where I have stayed have not included tea for us non-coffee drinkers for some reason.

Our one night stay in Pocatello was perfect. We appreciated the microwave and good selection of frozen foods to purchase for a late dinner. Plenty of light in the room and comfortable beds. Also it was very quiet. Which we love because we are from the country. 😃 On this trip we stayed in a fancier place in Denver and heard a train every night go through town, also they had no microwaves in any of the rooms. I think that's a first. Also had a good breakfast. The sausage and eggs could have been heated up more, but they were tasty. Overall a great place and reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome!

The only thing that really bothered us is the fact that staff smoke right outside the front entrance. That is so unprofessional. We also waited on someone a bit, to check out, because they were out smoking. There needs to be a designated smoking are for staff away from customers.

My room was very clean, crisp and pleasant. Breakfast was standard fare but served in pleasant room. What was especially nice was that the staff jumped in to help me relocate a luggage cart closer to entry door to my room location. I had two cat crates, ice chest and my suitcase so I needed the cart. They just couldn't have been more helpful and when you are traveling alone this means a lot.

It would have been nice to have an ice machine closer.

Accommodating- asked for an ADA room day before & they gave us one. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Desk staff & housekeeping staff were friendly.

A female staff member was in the breakfast buffet room at 9am closing it down. I got in there just in time to get a plate of food, but other guests after me were turned away. They weren’t pleased as they were told breakfast was available until 10am.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and affordable (even with the exchange rate). Their breakfast facility is one of the best we’ve seen in any hotel. We stay here every time we travel to and from Phoenix. Highly recommend!

The only thing that comes to mind is the cream for the coffee curdled in my cup. They, like other restaurants and hotels use a brand that doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Staff was notified.

We’ve stayed there before and love the pool hours for the kids! A lot of places the hours suck so you can’t utilize the pool due to the hours. We also love having the breakfast option.

The breakfast/dining area needs more tables. It is difficult to eat waffles on your lap. There’s furniture chairs with no tables and thought it looks nice it’s taking up value space for people to eat.

It is in a central location which made it easy to go any direction in a short amount of time.

This is not really a fault of the property itself other than it might be slightly aged. Because of that, soundproofing from outside traffic is not great. The property is situated not far from a main interstate that is used a-lot for trucking, which continues through the night. The sound of cars and trucks throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Had to keep the fan on all night to use as white noise to slightly drown out some of the sound.

Great location. Beds very comfortable, and a lovely area across the road to walk my dog. Restaurants close by. Staff were very helpful.

Elevators were not working so we had to drag all our stuff up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Wifi also not working so that was inconvenient as well. I do think there should have been some fee adjustments for the lack of facilities. Pillows were really hard as well.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Minimal noice from doors and other rooms which was great as I was traveling with my dog.

There’s a $25 dog fee which was higher than other places I’ve stayed at. Also, I couldn’t enjoy the free breakfast as I was traveling solo and they wouldn’t let my dog in the breakfast area. In other hotels I’ve stayed at that are dog friendly, this has never been an issue.
