Wyndham facilities are pretty much all acceptable. Room was neat, clean, had the basic needs. Good amenities. This was a quick booking after finding previous facility was non-existent. It was just fine after driving an extra 2 hours after a long day. Ernie's, a town pub, is conveniently located next door :)

The property was a bit dated. It appeared to have been a former business. But, it wasn't so bad to make it a bad property.

Very peaceful. The gentleman who checked me in was very professional, kind and helpful, PLEASE recognize him and make sure he got a good review. I didn't catch his name, it was the afternoon shift 2:30pm. It would please me more if he was given some kind of recognition.

Check out being at 11am. All hotels need to change checkout to be at 12

Great customer service friendly front staff this is the one in Boise not Pocatello

Got the room to have a continental breakfast as we were traveling but they were out of the breakfast stuff. Said there was a shortage on waffle mix but didn’t offer any hot alternative Was put in a handicap room not sure why hard to shower Room viewed parking lot at almost eye level

The facility and our room were clean.

The price was really high. It was that way with every hotel. We stay in Pocatello a lot and are familiar with the average cost of rooms. There was an event in the area and all the hotels must have raised their prices by 1/3.

David, on breakfast and front desk was kind, efficient and helpful.

It's an older building, no elevator and no offer to use first floor for my 90 year old grandfather, even if it cost a little extra.... Checking staff was mediocre at best but efficient. Not everyday can be a great day for everyone.

The location was perfect because it gave us quick access to the University for the IMEA competition! Our host gave us ideas for places for our morning walk and/or hike! We really appreciated his ideas!

One more blanket for sleeping - I'm often cold!

1. Front desk were friendly and accommodative 2. Room has big Tv, definitely 40'' 3. Room was clean 4. Housekeeping staff were vacuuming the Carpets at the balcony very thoroughly( in the morning) (In brief: This is one of the better Days Inn i have stayed in a while)

1. Breakfast was kind of sparse ( more items would be better) 2. Parking on the backside needs some attention

Inexpensive.

Dated and pretty run down. Needs updates. Long wait for front desk person to come to the desk. I had to call a number for the employee. Their voicemail box was full. Finally they showed up but it was an excessive amount of time to check in.

I don't usually do these reviews, but I was pleased that the bed was comfortable, the hot water was great, the outlets for my electronics were plentiful, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. 👍

They were fantastic about me changing my check out day. It kept being pushed out. Very please with every staff member I interacted with . Thank you
