Fresh, new feeling. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff were great! Didn't use the gym equipment due to time constraints, but we checked it out, and it looked pretty nice. We also enjoyed the pool and large hot tub!

Our only real frustration was that the water pressure in the room was not great from the sink or shower... we were told it's a reduced flow water saving concept, but if I had had more water pressure, I could have saved time and probably water, too. The Lounge was a great vibe, but the food and drink items we had were a bit "dry," and we felt overpriced. We enjoyed the size of our room, but the decor and lighting were a bit lacking as well. The TV had no sound either when we tried to turn on the news. Couldn't figure out why. All in all, our complaints are pretty minor issues. We were comfortable, and we would definitely still consider staying there again for future visits.

This hotel was beautiful! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made this stay even more peaceful. I am chronically ill, so the comfort of this hotel made our trip amazing. The showers were also incredible. The location of this hotel was also a huge bonus. There were plenty of stores and restaurants around some located walking distance from the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel to others! We will definitely be returning during the spring and summer.

I liked the interior and cleanliness. Justin the front desk manager was helpful professional and welcoming.

The other women at the front desk is not welcoming and lacks people skills. I spoke to her twice on the phone a week and a day before our two night stay. I inquired about the possibility of an earlier check in and she answered with” I can’t do that and I don’t know if the rooms will be clean by 1pm? “ I understand but it is how you tell your guest we will make a note and try to accommodate you but we can’t guarantee it will be ready. It is all about making your guest feel welcomed to do your best. She just needs to works on her people skills.

Suzie was the best. I booked my one night stay through a third party, Booking.com and I booked our trip for the wrong weekend. Rather then making me feel dumb she was so kind and patient with me while I was able to get the third party to correct my mistake. While waiting on hold with Booking.com she chatted with my husband and I, and provided a booklet with info on local things to do while in town. I was able to resolve the issue and she was able to get us a room. She maintained her composure while it was very busy at the time we arrived which was around 3:30 on Sunday. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I was very grateful for her hospitality.

The chocolate croissant was delicious. Pool & hottub photos were accurate. Lighting in the hallways & rooms was impressive. Staff was wonderful. Very pleasant & not @ all phony. Loved the spacious rooms.

The windows were not well insulated against sound. I usually use the constant on fan for white noise, however the fan rattled & whirred louder than the street traffic. The remote barely worked & was slightly irritating. The bed was terribly uncomfortable & I constantly rolled toward the middle. I had to use a pillow behind my back to keep propped in one place.

I loved the aesthetics of the hotel! The rooms (newly renovated) were modern but really cozy still - and I'm typically not a fan of modern. While the hotel is still under renovation you don't really notice it. The pool and jacuzzi area were top notch, impressively big and beautiful. The breakfast was great, location was great - we really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I will say is that I love the lobby as is, it's cozy and lodge feeling and I understand they're going to change that to more modern which I think is a miss. Keep the lodge feel, it's great.

Honestly, liked everything.

Rooms are nicely remodeled. Still working on remodel on ground floor. Updated lighting throughout hotel- illuminated hallways nicely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool had plenty of towels available and hot tub was delightful on such a cold winter afternoon.

There is a $30 fee to check in early. Front desk staff communicated this clearly and promptly which I was thankful for. We opted to kill a little time around town until check in time.

Nicely updated rooms, cool lighting accents, roomy shower.

Noisy- if you have anyone above or next to you. Sounds deadening should of been updated since the upgrade from a Holiday Inn. Unfortunately our room hadn't been vacuumed. Food bits and left over painters tape on the carpet. Rooms still under construction.

The BED. It was so soft and comfortable, the most amazing bed we ever slept in! The pillows were pristine

Would have been nice if breakfast was included. We paid for one breakfast and weren’t very impressed with the quality of food either

Goldie and front staff went above and beyond to mail back an item I left behind. Even asked me to let them know that the item arrived. I was most appreciative.
