Beds were comfy, breakfast was good and had variety to choose from, Michelle the front desk was extremely helpful and so friendly. Location was minute drive from town square. Might say the Michelle at the front desk needs a raise or something. Everytime I seen her she was running around doing something, replenishing pool towels, asking guest how are they ... She was on it. A plus. I've worked in hospitality and she was a great one. I usually run into front desk staying behind desk and nothing more. That girl is a worker.

Pool needs some maintenance ( surface is extremely rough and stained) my whole family got cuts and marks from the pool. Very cold for being indoor pool. The front desk Jason was as clueless as they come. Kind but knows nothing. Push everything off until later. Realized very quick was pushing it off to next shift.

Nice play to stay. Staff super friendly. Recently remodeled inside. Only issue was in our bathroom the wall behind the door hadn't been completely painted and the tub had some significant cracks in it that made it appear "dirty". Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

The pillows are not the most comfortable, thankfully I brought my own from home. The bathroom in room 218 wasn't completely finished as far as painting goes, he wall between the bath door and the tub was only 1/2 painted, the tub has some significant cracks in it that first I thought were hairs left in it before further inspection showed it was damaged.

This was a one night stop for us and was on the route we were traveling, so the location was great for us. Room was clean & comfortable. Did not use pool or try the breakfast.

Nice clean rooms. Great, easy to find location. Pool looked good, although we didn't use it. Nice breakfast. Even though the food was pretty much the same as anywhere else, it was better tasting.

Desk clerk was overworked. was doing the work of three people any time we saw her. Handled it well, despite this.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Booked two rooms, traveling with friends. We're on the same floor, but not next to each other. But we managed.

Housekeeping specialist made us feel rushed 3 hours before checkout. Same housekeeper Failed to greet me in the same manner she greeted another gentleman in same hallway. I must of looked intimidating:(

Everything was really good. No complaints. Granddaughter loved the indoor pool.

No dislikes, just suggestions. Could have used a place to put your small bags instead of the floor. Coffee maker would be better closer to the water, not on the desk. The TV could be a little bigger for the room, but ok, as is.

Breakfast was good. needed extra towels they were accommodating

the beds are NOT standard Queen more like full....and the TV was rather small but thats not really what we were traveling for so not a big deal

Room was.comfortable , parking , location was perfect for the university.

The hotel wouldn't accept cash payment , which is hard with work stays . Some areas in the room ( bedside lockers and carpets ) aren't the cleanest .

Very comfortable room with exceptionally friendly staff! We were there for 6 nights over Thanksgiving and the staff were truly a delight to be welcomed by.

No stopper in the bathtub, very random, but no big deal as my grandpa in Colchester had an extra!
