Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Masking the staff might have helped our larger group not get Covid. Especially if they work with food or in food areas.

Most of my larger party (funeral) test positive for COVID after staying the night. Macomb seems to be a hot spot for covid reoccurrence. I noticed staff members sneezing during breakfast. It's important to mask to protect the public and easily done. I was wearing a mask in the hotel public spaces but got Covid anyway. So easily transmissible. Most of my party was exposed at dinner by Hy-Vee catering. Cooked food was probably all right, but raw veggies and salad probably infected the group.

my daughter and granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. We also thought the set up in the bathroom with the shampoo, conditioner an gel was a great idea. We all really enjoyed the breakfast had a great selection. We all commented too on the pillows how fluffy and not flat they were. The room had microwave and refrigerator in it.

only thing was mentioned was the tub was little slick could have used the rubber strips in the bottom of it but was nice it had grab bar in there.

The room was comfortable and met our needs. The gentleman at the front desk was also super nice. We were only there for one night to visit family for the holidays, but the location is convenient, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! Cereal, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, waffles, fruit, etc.

The bathroom had a little mildew, but nothing crazy. The price is on the higher end for the area, but you absolutely get what you pay for and I would rather pay a little more for a better experience

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was great with handbags everywhere and the toilet was a good height. The staff was very friendly.

It sits back from the main road which is fine but the sign on the street is not very visible.

The check-in process was very simple. While checking in, everything was clearly explained to us. We were also offered a mini tour since it was our first time staying there.

We had no issues with the staff or the stay.

The beds in our room were not comfortable and the fan would not go to constant on. Because of this my sleep was not very good.

The staff were super nice and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was in walking distance to the shopping area.

No fault of the hotel, but more transportation options would be a huge benefit.
