It was in a good location to where we needed, the room was really nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff that we dealt with was nice and helpful. Also let us get an early check in after driving 14 hours. Would definitely stay again!

The only problem we had was the towels when we first got there we had 1 towel, a hand towel, and bath mat. Went back down and told them we needed more towels and wash cloths so they handed us a stack and we went back to our room. Then realized we got towels and another hand towel so had to go back down for washcloths and finally got them. Nobody ever came by in the 3 nights we were there to freshen anything or take the trash.

The price is reasonable here and the staff since they've changed ownership is always kind and willing to go the extra mile here. This hotel has the potential to be a 5 star accommodation. It's just going to take a little extra tlc. Especially outside appearances mean everything, and I feel like this place could definitely afford a full time main man for grounds keep and fixing things. It's located right off I-69 and new owner invested in a new sign which is money very well spent

Too much landscaping needed on the outside and outside appearances mean everything. They just need a full or part time maintenance guy that is just looking to work enough hours to pay his rent. As an owner I would want an on-site maintenance man

Very convenient access to get back on highway. Young lady at the desk went out of her way to find me a room that was suitable. She might not smile a lot but she was really kind and helpful. It was the best hotel around the area with the best price. Do not go into town what they said was an 11 minute ride was more like 40 minutes.

The only thing that bothered me was the bath tub did not hold water and the bathroom itself was pretty outdated. Also maybe more attention should be made about making sure the fridges work.

First of all, you can't beat the bargain. You can get a king jacuzzi tub room for under $100, try finding that somewhere else. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It appears the floors in the rooms, and some other things have been remodeled/updated. They are tile, so it's easy to clean them. I have seen other reviews where they talk about bugs we have stayed here four times and haven't seen one bug, so you make your own decision.

Nitpicking here....... Breakfast is only served until 9:00, moving it to 10:00 would be nice. And really can't complain because it's complimentary, but there's not much of a selection. As I mentioned, we've stayed here four times. This is by far the worst of the four rooms. The shower curtain holder was about ready to fall off the wall , and there was no toilet paper roll holder, just a hole in the wall.

This hotel was very nice, the room was pretty great, it was very comfortable & relaxing! The staff was very nice, polite & didn't hesitate to help us when we needed something! I'd definitely go back & I'd most definitely recommend other to stay here when they're in the area!

The only thing I didn't like was we had to go outside and stand in the cold to smoke a cigarette or anything, But other than that I don't have any complaints!

We have stayed here on multiple occasions and have had no issues whatsoever. We always get the King room with hot tub and it has nice hardwood floors. The guy at the front desk is very polite and accomodating.

We have only eaten their breakfast once and it was at the very end of the timeframe, so there wasn't much to choose from. Still, at least there IS breakfast if you want it.

I Have never had a king size bed that was actually that was so comfortable as the one here. Had a large room with a refrigerator and a microwave plus a nice bathroom. They had a pool and a good breakfast in the morning.

Our room smelled awful, we definitely had a previous smoking room, and the beds were not very comfortable. Most of the room was clean, but the carpet definitely needed a deep cleaning or changed.

Clean room, new carpet in room. Book the room online for a much cheaper daily and weekly rate. No coffee maker in the room, the tv and AC/heat all work well. We will stay here again.

The pool was way too cold to swim in.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating. Friendly and allowed us a choice of 2 different rooms. Next time we visit our Hoosier family we'll book again 😊

People smoking outside near front entrance. No hot water in bathroom sink. However, in their defense. Arctic blast with wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph and wind chill of -40.
