The breakfast was hot sausage eggs and pancakes. The pancake maker was automatic...easy, clean, and fun to use.

Beware! The hotel charges a $100 deposit! The manager did not tell me about this until I noticed the charge on my bank account. When I asked him about it, he said it would be removed that day...the day I check out. I haven't seen the charge removed yet (midday...the day after my check out) but the charge is pending. I will update if it changes. Just beware of this charge...I was not.

My wife left her wallet with credit cards and about $50 cash in the room when we checked out. We called and the cleaning staff had found it and turned it in with everything in it. They shipped it to our home. It went out next day and we received a few days later with nothing missing. We are extremely thankful for the headache we averted by having an honest cleaning staff that turned in valuable items left behind. Thanks so much!!!

Hot tub was not working. The king bed was comfortable but kind of sunk in the middle.

I walked into hotel to check in and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Was greeted and taken care of by the owner who was very kind. Went to our room and it was also very clean and tidy, comfy beds too! We utilized the pool and it was the cleanest pool we have EVER been in, no musty smell in the pool room either! We had a short but wonderful stay. Would like to add in that the young gal who works the night shift was a pure joy! I would give this hotel 10 stars + (not just 5 which is the highest). We will be back next time we need to go to Muncie...

The only thing I would try to improve on is maybe the quality of the coffee - it was OK, but there was nothing that I disliked about this hotel!!!

Very safe hotel. The pool was fantastic! Great location, close to the college (where I work). The setting was peaceful (surrounded by a few trees with birds chirping in the morning which was really nice). The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very quiet. I really liked how quiet everything was! The staff were nice. I was a late check in the first night (like 2 am) and the young lady who checked us in was expecting us (which we really appreciated after such a long drive) and she was very kind and helpful. There was breakfast in the morning. There is a really great Mexican restaurant nearby. I will stay here again if I have to come to Muncie for work. There was a microwave and refrigerator in our room.

The Jacuzzi was closed. :-( The rooms were a little small for the price, but the quiet/safe setting, great location, large pool, and friendly staff would make me consider staying here again.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERTHING. YOU WILL FIND MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES. IT WAS VERY EASY TO ORDER AN UBER SERVICE AND EASILY GET FROM ONE PLACE TO THE OTHER AND NOT HAVE TO DRIVE. OUR VEHICLES WERE ABLE TO STAY PUT ALL EVENING.

I HATED THE FACT THAT A $200.00 DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED. USUALLY IF THE FACILITY HAS YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE THEY DON'T FORCE THE DEPOSIT ON THE CARD. ONLY IF THERE IS DAMAGE IS YOUR CARD CHARGED FOR DAMAGEDS INCURRED. IT'S AN ANCIENT RULE. THE ROOM WE BOOKED WAS NOT THE ROOM WE WERE GIVEN, SO WE HAD TO COME BACK UP FRONT AND CLARIFY.

Perfect location. Loved my room. Very quiet. Perfect for short or extended stays.

The only thing I didn’t like was there is no elevator. It was hard carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs. Also the vending is only in main level. Also the stairs have no backs to them. That’s a huge fear on mine.

Breakfast was ok, by 9 am many items gone. Choices limited. Still enough to eat though.

Friendly, fast check-in. Room was spotless, cool, and comfortable. Close to everything. Ball State University is practically around the corner. Muncie is a nice town and the hotel reflects that.

The location by Ball State was great. The pool area was large and well kept. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and clean.

The room wasn't pristinely clean, but still 8/10.

Love the location and the wonderful staff. Stayed many times now at this best western.

Breakfast is supposed to be until 10 am yet the last few times I've stayed the entire breakfast has been cleaned and put away by around 9:30 am
