The hotel is very close to my family so when we visit it makes for a great place to lodge for the evenings! Of the choices in the Anderson area this is always number 1 for us!

The only complaint I have about our last stay is the jets on the jacuzzi tub would randomly shut off and not turn back on, or couldn’t be shut off when we were ready for them to be. That doesn’t really have much to do with the hotel itself though! It was a nice stay, kind and helpful staff and the thing about large appliances is often they malfunction.

The overnight staff were so friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere of the lobby felt relaxed and everyone seemed comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast quality and variety between the two days. The room was clean and honestly exceeded expectations. Certainly the place we will stay again in Anderson!

Breakfast was great. Room size was excellent. Location was great.

Sitting area had no television which was only located on the bedroom side. Room needed a good deep cleaning. Shower head needs to be declogged. Need to let. Guests know ahead of time there is a $50 incidental fee per night instead of waiting til check in. Mattress is too firm and bed sits up too high.

Everything was great !!! The staff was very nice. I was there back in September 2024 with my daughter who was in stage 5 kidney failure. I needed a wheelchair for her and the staff gave me a chair with wheels , worked perfectly. The staff remembered me made me feel good.

Breakfast offered several options, both hot and cold.

The fitness center was closed due to renovations. The handicap accessible room for my relative was not available as promised due to no A/C. The pool area was very hot and humid.

The lady at check in was very accommodating and helpful. Even cleaned up my spill on the desk. Breakfast was great and fulfilling.

The toilets are way too low and your beds are extremely high. In fact, t he beds are so high the only way for me to get on the bed is to roll on the edge and then roll into the bed or maybe you should consider a ladder . I am 69 yrs old and that is not a pretty sight to see and it is painful for me since I have arthritis.
