Easy to get to, close to destination, close to restaurants. Staff was very inviting.

1. The toilet would not flush without removing the tank lid. 2. The bed was very soft, made a lot of noise when anyone would move. The bed and frame should have been replaced long ago. Getting a good night's ⁹sleep was not a part of our stay. 3. The worst of the entire stay, stated before we checked in. a) Not realizing it, our reservation was through book.com at a price high than than the hotels going rate for that weekend and I was not allowed to use my points or receive new points for our stay.

I loved the king size bed and the fact that I was able to stay in the same room for the 2 weeks I was in town for work. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The pillows in the bed weren't the greatest for neck support. Had to purchase pillows to have a better nights rest.

My favorite part was the friendly staff, they really made the stay. My other favorite part was the breakfast that those bagel toppers and sausage were amazing.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but the bed was less than ideal for me. But beds are personal opinion. Also it won't keep me from staying here again.

Excellent location, literally right off the freeway. Great for those doing a long-haul drive. Mikey at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. We drive through this area usually two or three times a year and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Small little detail: the fitted sheet didn't cover the corners of the mattress. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Our toliet broke & no maintenance man on Sunday..had to switch rooms. But it worked out and the staff was very helpful.

Location was perfect, we could walk and grab a quick bite to eat. Was a quiet night in a clean room. Breakfast was good.

Upon arrival I was towed that booking.com never changed the reservation even though I had a confirmation email saying that it was changed so the hotel labeled it as a no-show… Luckily the staff at Hampton is phenomenal and was able to fix the issue and I was not doublecharged for the booking.com error

Told when we arrived that the hot water is broken. Wished we would have known before arriving. We could have looked for alternatives

Breakfast powered eggs and not sure quality of sausage. No fresh fruit Breakfast was disgusting.

Friendly and professional staff at check in. Building and room was updated, comfortable and clean. Location was close to freeway and close to accomondations.

Lobby floor could have used some maintenance and cleaning.
