Rooms A/C worked great. Minus someone's smoking in the unit next to me. When it was coming through the bathroom

The breakfast. The selections were very poor it wasn't kept stocked with the food. Once it ran out, it ran out, they had to go get somebody. They put cold sausage in a crockpot. Nothing was cooked. So, um, now the experience of the food was not the greatest. I stayed in the baymont Inn in Castleton, breakfast was amazing. There's different dynamics from there and here. And also I watched 2 guys that looks like they were homeless off the street. Come in there, survey. The area dirty clothes backpacks both sat at separate tables and made it to where they were eating breakfast. With everybody else who paid a hundred and twenty dollars for a room, and they were able just to walk in there and eat for free, kind of weird

I didn't really experience the breakfast. But I wasn't happy about not taking it back to my room

I had a issue with the smoke detector going off. I did report it to the front desk during checkout. I didn't get the other room next to it was around the corner of where I was. But the stay was okay.

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here. Many food places to eat around this hotel and there is a Subway attached to this property. We will be back in June.

Nice place, clean tidy, would stay again. Easy access to interstate highway, though the neighborhood looked like it needed some help but the hotel property’s were well maintained! Fast food near by or a Texas Roadhouse down shadyland ave just a bit.

I enjoyed how comfortable the room and beds were.

They charge a deposit if pay cash for the motel stay. The bathtub you can not hold water in as the screw where you pull the tub plug was missing and if not careful in the bathroom sink when using it the water leaks around the faucets. This was room 219.

Breakfast was great and the dining style was wonderful

It was waaaaay too much chlorine in the pool. All the kids eyes are red and swollen. Other than that the stay was perfect

Overall, fine

Breakfast was minimal. Barefoot children running in and out. Did not eat anything…just bread and bagels to toast, dry cereal and waffles were offered. Kinda odd.

The lady stuff she made a mistake and lying about me stay from Saturday until Tuesday so I ask her do I stay from Saturday until Tuesday she said yes and lying to her boss she didn't say that and she did I record her just in case she trying to lie about anything

For two guest I was very disappointed that the room only had three pillows and they were very small pillows. There were two of us. Ask office for more pillows and were refuse. Very uncomfortable sleep. My. Husband has knee problems and needed the extra pillows for support when he sleep.Never experienced hotel not able to supply proper pillows for two quest to a room.Very uncomfortable sleep.
