I stayed at Indianapolis Marriot East multiple times for a reason. The hotel is fantastic, and I stayed for a convention taking place in the hotel, making it super convenient. The facility is clean and looks great. My room was superb. The bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows. Overall, just a great hotel, and I got my room at a reasonable price because the convention took place on Easter weekend.

As I said with my previous reviews, the breakfast buffet is incredibly overpriced, and the traffic around the hotel is horrible because it's near a major intersection and the highway. Thankfully, there's a lot of restaurants nearby, including the excellent Four Seasons diner.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Our room was updated and modern looking. Good location for our travel needs, lots of restaurants and retail near by. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Outdoor patio and BBQ areas were nice, and there is a decent size pool. About a 10-12 min drive to downtown.

Nothing we didn't like. The hotel main entrance and that side of the building are being renovated (March 2025), but our experience was good and the hotel made other accommodations for checking in.

The building and some of the aesthetic was very nice and the staff was top notch. The pool and the workout room were very beautiful, but for some reason we couldn’t figure out the treadmill and the other machines, even though we travel and use workout rooms frequently.

I didn’t feel that it was very clean there was some minor dust, and a stain or two that I wasn’t super happy with… and in the room where there’s normally coffee and so forth, there was only one coffee cup, which was kind of strange. The TV wasn’t working and I’m sure they would’ve helped us with that but we were too tired to call to get it fixed.

The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a baby. The staff was super nice and professional.I like the bath shampoo, body wash and conditioner. I liked that in addition to the glasses there were plastic water cups. I loved that an indoor pool and very well equipped workout room was available as well as a business center with good wi-fi I really appreciated the apps on the remote because I use YouTube a lot to study my school topics. The property was beautiful and tranquil. I enjoyed the infused water in the front lobby The breakfast selections were great I like the fact that I had the option to order

I purchased a meal plan and was told it didn’t show. But on checkout it was on my receipt.The front dest person said he refunded the charge The toilet made noise throughout the night and woke me up a few times. There were no cups for the coffee that was in my room. Some of the outlets kept going out. My only view from my room was of the workout room.

The property was AMAZING!!! The staff were very accommodating since it is a HUGE property, but with assistance I was able to handle it on my own like a pro. Ms. Barbara went above and beyond to assist me to where my room would be located and was very pleasant the entire time. The next day I encountered a staff member by the name of Paul that was very helpful with helping me navigate to the lobby to meet my pizza delivery person. he was very kind and took the time to get me where I needed to be and I was able to take it from there. The hotel was more enjoyable from the front guest clerk to the attending maid on our floor. it was nice to see everyone enjoying helping people. I really do not try to be a bother, but navigation was an issue until I mapped my brain to where I needed to go for what reason. Than you so much for the loveliest say we have had in a long time. Misty’s 50th birthday was a hit!

The size of the room was great. The bar was ok, and breakfast was convenient. The bed was comfy. The hotel was in close proximity to family, which was nice. Free parking was a great PLUS as most hotels of this size charge ridiculous fees.

The bathroom was tiny. The hot water in the sink stopped working. The bar was fairly adequate. We tried to order 3 different cocktails, but the bartender did not have everything needed to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but the taste was decent, and portion sizes were good.

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel for a convention. The beds were fairly comfortable with a variety of pillows in various shapes and firmness. The room looked great with a desk having multiple ports for hooking up a game console, computer, or DVD player to the TV. My room had a great view overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom had plenty of towels. Normally hotel bathtubs don't feel safe, but my room's bathtub had a non-slick surface and a handle bar for helping you climb in and out. The hotel has a bar that serves Starbucks coffee.

The breakfast buffet is absurdly overpriced, especially when the Four Seasons diner is just around the corner and serves breakfast 24/7. While there are many nearby restaurants, the area has a lot of traffic, which can make navigating around feel harrowing. The hotel charges about $9 a day for parking; not a terrible price but still annoying when nearby competing hotels have free parking. The commons area is quite loud because sounds can travel far through the hotel's hallways. I also found someone's underwear and trash under my bed, which was a little gross.

upgrade into nicer bigger unit was wonderful, promise of taking off the dog fee and the getting charged 100 bucks for a pet is much, to much steep.

100 dollar pet fee, late removal of hold fees , which affects budget LONG after you have left is a too much as well, way over 2-3 banking days

Location was great for our needs and the hotel was very clean. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

The door of our room bathroom didn't fully close. A fan in the bathroom would also be nice as the mirrors fogged up and took time to clean-up. I understand that too many kids on account of a local tournament can be crazy, but some of the front desk personnel was not too friendly, not rude, just very short.

The staff was AMAZING!! Faith at the front desk and Jeff the man of the house were very friendly and helpful. Emerson the manager was able to add a nite to my reservation and I so appreciate that he was able to calm me off the ledge, when I was freaking out b/c of my 1st trip to Indy.

The water in our shower was very hot.
