The lady who checked us in was extremely warm and inviting. She was genuine and engaged with customers in such a welcoming way. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our window did not close all the way, but the air conditioner worked great regardless. The towels were a little scratchy, but still nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We felt safe and taken care of. The beds were nice. Most times we walked past the gym people were using it. We did not visit the pool as our visit did not provide adequate time. There were multiple places available to eat in the surrounding area.

The towels could use some laundry softener for sure, and ensure you have at least four towels, and wash clothes in each bathroom. The hallways were somewhat dark and could use better lighting. The rooms themselves could use some additional lighting as well.

We pretty much loved everything about this hotel. The lady at the front desk, Mary, was very kind and helpful. The decor was very beautiful, especially the chandelier in the lobby. I also really liked that they had a fire pit outside. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to fire it up, but we'll have to next time. The breakfast was really good. I also appreciate the fact that they offered multiple coffee roasts and types of tea. The rooms were very clean, and stocked with generously sized hygiene products. Also, the area had a well lit and safe atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast! Good selection of hot and cold foods. Well stocked and clean. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the hotel was, even with our room being one of the first on the hall after the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast area to the cleaning crew.

Sadly, both the pool and the elevator were not working. The night staff kindly upgraded us to a king room on the first floor so that we didn't have to carry our luggage and other items up the stairs.

We have made this our regular spot for Gen Con. They do a much better job than comparable hotels at handling the elevated demand that event brings. Decent breakfast, clean and comfortable, nice staff.

Only things we didn't love was that the elevator was out of order, But i am sure they are fixing this as fast as able. And it was particularly humid days this time around and the room couldn't handle it. Couple days in a row we came back to damp bedding and clothes, so maybe bring a portable dehumidifier if able when coming during high humidity.

We didn't need any services or help, yet it was nice to receive a text from the on duty attendant, Mary, if we had needed something. They were sure to say their name and contact info during check-in. It's the little things when traveling, and kind, friendly employees are always welcome! Next time thru, we will probably stay again. Out of 4 different hotel visits last week, this left best impression! And thank you for stocking the room with more than 2 towels, much appreciated!

Looks like they are upgrading the hotel. It is an older property. Yet room and lobby were remodeled and clean. I'll trade older building for nicer people!

The Hotel/Room i stayed in was not bad It was clean and comfortable. Don't judge the hotel by past reviews, they almost scared me away from staying here. The breakfast was decent, the staff was decent. The room was only $100 and change. You can't expect 5STAR for the price. The hotel is great for a short stay. Plenty of stores and restaurants within 10 minute drive. Give it a shot you won't be disappointed.

I loved that I was greeted when I walked in! You don't get that anymore. I was very happy to be acknowledged as soon as I walked in. The staff was very helpful in directions or any questions that I had. very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the guy that cooked it all was super duper nice. The hallway and rooms were very quiet safe and clean.

When we first turned on the street I thought we were in a not so good area. It looked empty/ abandoned and not well taken care of.

The location was perfect near the airport. The entire facility was clean and even smelled clean. The staff is really helpful; especially Ms Mary. Her customer service is above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent.

Check in process during this visit could have been better. The front desk person gave us hassle during the check-in process. We almost didn't get our room keys, and the room was prepaid. Also, had issues getting into the hotel after returning from the airport.

Ms. Mary at the front desk went above and beyond with making customers feel welcomed and had what they needed. She didn't fo it for reviews but because that is who she is. You can tell. The entire location was not only was clean, but smelled clean as well. It was simply the best hotel I have stayed in this year. The location in regards to the airport was perfect and it was easy to locate.

The stay was too short. We had to leave before breakfast for the airport.

Staff were very friendly and gave loads of great advice and places to visit. We were happy to chat with them each day. The location was good, far enough from the center that it wasn't ever busy around, but still close enough to get around easily. The rooms were very good and the freeways nearby couldn't be heard in the room which was a good plus.
