It was very close to my job. I enjoyed the free laundry facilities. It was near the freeway.

I worked in the afternoon until midnight. Therefore I would try to sleep until 10 am or 11 am. I was given a room near the front entrance across from the room they did laundry. When the washing machine needed Detergent, it would beep loudly. Also, the staff was in and out of the laundry room, and they were loud. I must admit when I complained, I was offered another room.

The staff was very pleasant, helpful, informative. The room is immaculately cleaned! The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows for support. Getting in and out of the facility to the highways extremely easy parking was plentiful and I was telling a car behind a truck, the pet facilities were ample. The coffee was fabulous!

I did not find anything that I did not like about this hotel!

So happy that this property has our check-in desk. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was reasonably close to the highway area.

The TV remote didn’t work very well. It was hard to change the volume and change the channels.

Very clean, equipped kitchen, very friendly staff. Outside the city, but there are shops and restaurants around, Culver’s is just next door.

The room and it's accommodations especially for the handicap. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, I loved the kitchen space and the location,only 13 minutes from downtown Indy.

The facility was spotless. It has a laundry & gym room which is convenient. The room was super comfy. I didn’t realize it came equipped with a stove top, full fridge & dish washer.

The only thing is the elevator is super slow & there’s only 1.

I love the sheets and bedding and the fact it has a kitchen in each room. The staff was more than helpful in finding me a place to Park for where I was going the next day. The room was mostly clean.... it was exceptionally clean for a normal person... the lobby was clean and it smelled nice. You can tell the staff works hard to keep it a safe and clean environment.

Location was great. Didn't care for the hotel that we shared parking lot with. Not a lot of parking depending on how many people were staying at each place... Curtains don't stay closed so we had the other hotels lights peeking through the whole night. It was great otherwise

Rooms for a very nice and the beds were comfortable and we had a mini Kitchen in the room.

Was hoping there would be a free breakfast in the morning but alas not so. Still would stay there again.

Very disappointed NO breakfast!! I booked for breakfast, traveled 8 hours. I respect and understand no breaking, I don’t understand why its advertised. It was only after the room was paid in full, that I was notified may not be breakfast. To late to cancel and get refunded. I use booking.com ALL the time, I’m frustrated and may not use you again. Also a hold on my credit card $150. No other hotel did that!
