Everything looked new – in great shape, clean, and orderly. It didn't have that standard dingy appearance of many pet-friendly hotels. The bed was comfortable. Staff were responsive. Convenient location and great price.

Breakfast was unfortunately "grab and go" that morning, so no hot foods were available... But we were still pleased with the variety and cleanliness. There were a couple stray man hairs in our bathroom.

The place was clean, comfy, and located near shopping. The breakfast was good. The staff was courteous, especially Mary, who assisted us with more towels and coffee. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well! Very nice place!

There does need to be better lighting in the bathroom. I found it a little hard to see when getting ready.

pool walls are rusting and peeling. did not sleep well the second night due to a dog in the room above our room, jumping up and down off beds, running, barking from 10:30pm til after 11 pm and barking and jumping in the middle of the night. just curious why people bringing pets aren’t placed in rooms on the first floor close to entryways? Just makes more since.

Breakfast was good & I did like the auto-pancake maker. Indoor pool was a plus but we didn't utilize on this trip.

Could use a couple of coin laundry machines (washer & dryer). We had a mishap & had to find a local laundromat quick.

place was real clean and new,walking distance to shops and places to eat (typical chains off a highway exit), but $197 for one night isn’t worth it

We stayed at the hotel because we were out of town for my mom's funeral. It helped the room was clean and comfortable that made a sad event restful

love that they have to-go bags for breakfast. clean, modern. I specifically booked Holiday Inn Express for the cinnamon rolls and it was worth it and I'll keep doing it just for the rolls!

Breakfast not good. Oven not working. Slow to get food out. Empty bins of food. Tables were not clean.

The breakfast was in a convenient location and was very well laid out. It had a nice variety of food and beverages. The food that we ate was very tasty. The cinnamon rolls were exceptionally good as was the bacon and the omelet. I appreciated the choice of cranberry juice being in the juice selection. There was sufficient seating.

The omelets were not as hot as I would have liked them to be.

Very comfortable beds. Simply the best hotel breakfast I have had. The breakfast staff mingled with the guests asking if there was anything they needed, was everything alright, could they get them anything. They should be commended.
