The facility was clean with some small exceptions and relatively quiet. The room I stayed in was huge! Staff was friendly and courteous. Fresh popcorn at 5:30 pm every evening in the lobby was a nice treat.

The upholstered chair in my room needs to have the arms cleaned. There was a draft coming out of a crack in the wall where the HVAC unit is installed (lower right corner). There’s mold in the left side of the window and the air pocket between the double panes has been compromised as evidenced by the frost that appeared in it when the weather was below freezing.

This hotel is super clean!! It could use some updates but don’t let that steer you away from staying here. We have stayed in several hotels this summer some that cost way more than this one and let me tell you this is the cleanest. Also, the only one that made the beds, took out the trash and gave us fresh towels daily without having to ask for them. The staff was very friendly, plenty of options for breakfast, pool, and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The only negative thing I could say is they do not have a washer and dryer for guest use.

We were iffy about a Super 8 thinking “motel” read the reviews and decided to go on a very busy car race weekend. The hotel was well worth our stay. Nothing fancy but super clean, cozy, homey atmosphere. They had fresh coffee and popcorn in the evening. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed to spend one night. The front staff were so nice and welcoming. We had a second floor room and had to climb up the stairs but it felt like staying at my parents cozy home.

Although it was very clean, I prefer my blankets and comforter to be white. I know that colored comforter don’t get washed. We know the drill and took them off the bed. We slept in very clean bed blankets without comforters.

Absolutely terrific place place to stay. The staff does a wonderful job of taking care of the place, and I'm so happy I saw the reviews and listened to them. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Greenfield if I'm ever driving through again.

My first stay I was unaware of the lack of an elevator and had my elderly mother with me. It was only one flight of stairs, but I wish I had known so I could have requested a room on the first floor. My return trip they were happy to accommodate me with a room on the first floor.

Conveniently located a mile south of I-70 just east of Indianapolis. Many restaurants, Walmart, Kroger, gas stations and other businesses nearby for good shopping/meal after a drive. The motel was clean, the staff friendly. The indoor swimming pool and the whirlpool were good for relaxing sore muscles after a long drive. Quiet, clean room with comfortable bed. Hot breakfast with waffle iron, scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, bagel and cream cheese, bread with a toaster, fruits, hot and cold cereal, milk and hot coffee (a bit weak). An excellent value for the price.

All the staff was extremely nice, room was clean, the cleaning ladies were very nice and professional as well. They had popcorn free every night and the hot breakfast was really good. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus to a well priced room

The beds were hard and the sink was as soon as you walked in the door so if someone was getting ready and someone needed to come in then you had to be careful opening the main door to get into the room.

Loved the location and how clean the facility was. I think this is the cleanest Super 8 I've ever been to! Super impressed with staff!!! I didn't realize there were no elevators here and my room was initially on the 2nd floor but because of recent back surgery I can't do stairs very well. Julie is who checked me in and was understanding of my situation and was able to find me a room on the 1st floor and close to an exit. That way I wouldn't have to walk far either. Housekeeping was amazing too!! I seen a lady the next morning and I needed a few extra things and she was so happy to help. I travel a lot to Indy amd Noblesville, I might have to make a detour just to stay here! Will definitely come back 💕 Breakfast was great too! There happened to be a few little league teams staying too and the kids were all there for breakfast. Eventho there were a lot of kids and stuff was disappearing quick the guy who was restocking did an amazing job!!! He was super quick to get things refilled for us 💕 Oh and the hot tub!! That was a highlight for me! That was the 1st time since back surgery that I was in water other than a shower and the hot tub was amazing on my back. All in all...amazing stay 🥰

The location was perfect for our trip. The breakfast was excellent! Both hot and cold options and never ran out. The pool and hot tub were really nice.

They don’t advertise that they don’t have an elevator. We had to ask to switch rooms from second floor to first floor because of the stairs and my sister’s disability. I never would have stayed here if I knew they didn’t have an elevator as the first floor is not ideal.

Everything. This is an excellent value for the price. The location is excellent. The breakfast in the morning has many choices, the staff friendly and helpful. It was really nice to soak in the hot tub after a full day on the road.

Only negative I would say is the front entrance should have a handicap automatic door. I had a lot of stuff when I checked in and having that would have been really helpful.

Breakfast offered a variety of options that met the needs of everyone in our family. Breakfast area was constantly cleaned and restocked with fresh options. I have young children who are always a fan of the freshly made waffles! The room was clean and quiet. Parking lot was well lit and staff was kind and friendly. We chose this hotel from all the others in the area based on the quality ratings and we were not disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

No complaints at all! I appreciate that as a family with younger children we were placed on the ground level so I didn't have to keep warning my kids from making too much noise for other visitors. There were several nice perks like the afternoon popcorn and the pot of coffee always available!
