Excellent!!! Customer service, staff , room was very clean This facility was very accessible to restaurants, very secure it’s in a very nice location. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I would highly recommend this place to say for someone that has children or if you’re traveling just as a couple as we were for work we were able to have our pets with us, which was priceless to us because they travel everywhere we go. We also were accessible to Walmart if needed we were able to bring items that we were able to have for dinner because you do have stove top. A full-size refrigerator rooms are very clean very organized. The staff is exceptional. This place hands-down is number one with us and we will definitely be back over recommend this to anyone at any time excellent excellent excellent customer service very clean rooms and very, very friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Nothing, everything was great

The room was clean and quite comfortable. We needed extra linens for the pull-out bed for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed, and the staff was prompt to get them. The desk staff was very helpful when I needed to print a document. The small kitchenette was more than we needed, but the full size fridge was a very good thing to have.

The lack of a lobby to meet family and friends in was a bit odd. Didn't realize it was so fully "extended stay" oriented. I was counting on having an ironing board and iron to freshen up my dress clothes, but there wasn't any available.

Pretty much everything. Maybe better skillets in the kitchen and maybe a toaster but we used the oven which worked out ok.

I reserved a room with balcony and didn't get it. Tried to ask for one and they said I couldn't have one. That was the main reason I booked with Nest. My reservation was Apartment with Balcony. Although the room was fantastic and was on the ground floor which was good. Thanks

Peaceful days and nights. No real issues.

There was a dog barking a lot on Monday evening. So we dreaded night coming thinking we won't be able to sleep. But the barking did stop after a couple hours. Not sure if someone complained or if staff moved the dog to a barking proof room!!!

I felt safe and secure. The room was spacious. Clean. Perfect for a long stay but also worked perfect for just a 2 days. I absolutely stay again.

I didn't have the pots or pans in the room. I ended up not needing them but it would have been nice. Also a broom and dust pan to clean up items. Since the room isn't cleaned everyday unless upon request. It would be nice to be able to clean up small items.

Location, easy access of the highway. Beds comfortable, clean but floors could be cleaner. My white socks were not so clean after one night. But everything else was very clean.

We didn't like the set up of the room as the bed was too close to air conditioning unit and blew directly into bed. They should move bed closer to door and move couch were bed is. Wash floors as part of your prep for new guests!!

Loved having the kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

The floor had obviously not been cleaned or even swept in quite sometime. The shower hadn’t been cleaned. Walking into the room the first thing I noticed was food crumbs in the floor, the floor was sticky feeling. Walking around very little in the room barefoot and my feet were black. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Nice apartment sized room with everything we need. Safe location .

The floor wasn’t as dirty as the previous room but still they need to start cleaning floor better. Everything else was clean. The in the room coffee is terrible. Bring your own coffee !

Big clean suite, comfortable, unusual but very nice tv, REAL kitchenette.

½ of handicap parking spaces occupied by people without hangtags. First available parking farthest from front desk. Walked the length of the hotel 4 times just to check in and get my bags to the room.

It was clean. We had everything we needed except an iron. The temperature was set in the room by occupants. All of the appliances were clean and in perfect working order. There was even a hot plate.

The water pressure was almost non existent. The bed was a little too firm and it was set a little too high for us shorter people. The TV was confusing to use and the volume was set to low and was unable to be changed. There was no bathtub, just a shower.
