I was just expecting everything to be very clean andfresh. But there were things that weren’t as clean as they could’ve been and the pool had so much chlorine it smelled like bleach water. overall, it was a good stay. There were just small areas that I noticed had mode buildup or things that could’ve been wiped off or wiped down the room had had its daily cleaning. I’m assuming that it was due for a month or two cleaning of deep cleaning there was a foul odor in the hall close to the room not sure if it was coming from another room and not enough blankets in the room. definitely enough space in the room to accommodate

Mildew buildup in the shower corner smell in the hallway and the excess of chlorine in the wall. I know you need to clean and disinfect, but the pool should be shut down. If you have to use that much that can burn the skin.

Hotel and location were great. Close to shopping and restaurants Our room was very spacious, which was wonderful traveling with 3 grandchildren. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The tub looked as though iit hadn't been cleaned properly, and the matress on the pullout was soiled from bed letters. The hotel should have replaced the matress. Instead, they brought a clean matress topper and sheets. Other than that, we liked our room. Also, the free continental breakfast ends at 9 a.m., so we paid for that and didn't get to enjoy breakfast.

The price paid was way less than I expected for such an amazing, luxurious room. It was just a beautiful room with super awesome bathroom. Wifi mirror? So cool! The front desk lady was super awesome to talk to. She set me up with a quiet room away from other guests. So friendly and helpful.

This is a nit picky thing but the space between the a/c and bed was smaller than I would like. Easy to trip but such a minor thing in the grand scheme of things. Also minor, theres definitely a small amount of mold growing on the wall above the door in the bathroom. Should be replaced cause its kinda ick but didn’t ruin my experience at all.

I like the separate room feel. My granddaughter had her own space to be in. The breakfast was very good great selection. The coffee was very good too! I am a coffee drinker, most places just have us K-cups available I liked that it was brewed. My granddaughter did go swimming but I wish the pool was heated or warmer. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local things for kids to do.

Heated pool it was too cold for me and some other adults also made the same comment.

Modern, very nice lobby, and nice breakfast area. Friendly and helpful front desk personnel during the day. It was spacious and met our needs perfectly! Will return next year! Mini-Family reunion😃

Have smokers smoke way, away from the automatic doors. Delineate where one can smoke and share with guests. Night-staff could smoke outside less, and visit with other hotel staff during their smoke-breaks less, and be at the desk instead of having to search for those employees outside… This hotel is so attractive and special, and the price is not inexpensive. Classy————>please be on duty at front desk for check-in and for other needs. Thank you so much for the beautiful accommodations and very friendly staff.

Very clean and organized. Rooms are spacious, we got the regular king suite, nice shower though the water kinda pooled at the end away from the drain and showerhead and some spilled over. Also my fault I take long showers. The mirror in the bathroom has a Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to (name and pin of speaker will be in the top right corner of the mirror- two stickers: name of speaker first and pin second) Two tvs, one in the bedroom space one in the living room space, and couch was a pull out didn’t test that out tho. Staff was nice and informative.

For having the bar open late (which was great with the concert in the area), the bar was understaffed. I will say, the two employees working the bar were as friendly as can be - they rolled with the punches that came with the rush - they deserve some big kudos for how well they did with what they had to work with.

the location was great for our concert and plenty of restaurants very close. The room was clean and the bathroom was great with Bluetooth in the mirror and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap installed in the shower. fridge and microwave also The bed was super soft and maybe too soft for us but we managed fine. the breakfast was terrible so we went to Perkins and had the best breakfast in awhile I'm fact we ate there twice since they gave me a 20% off because I joined their club or whatever

The room was spacious and had two TV's which was a pleasant surprise. The room also had a fridge and microwave which was beneficial. I liked how there was a fitness center and I believe an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel is also located close to Ruoff which was what I wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay. However, having someone enter our room with no knock or announcement was very unsettling.

We were woken up by the housekeeper entering our room at 8:00am. No knock before entering, no announcement of who was opening the door. I’ve never stayed at a place & had this happen. It’s a good way of getting hurt (housekeeper).
