Room was nicer than expected! Love the reading lights and built in chargers. Bathroom was excellent. The elevator didn't seem clean, though...but everything else was good

Elevator needed cleaning and only one big pillow for two of us (three smaller pillows were on the bed). There may have been another somewhere or we could have called for one but it was late and we'd driven over 14 hours already.

Not a very good selection. There was no juice 2 days, and very little amount of food. The milk was old.

see above. The staff did not seem concerned with my dissatisfaction with the with the lack of mentioned items either not working or not available. also the printer for the computer didn't work which limited my ability to conduct business during my stay

The staff were very kind. The room was clean and made my stay stress free in that category. There were plenty of families there which was nice seeing everyone enjoy the atmosphere at breakfast and spending time together in the lobby.

Honestly there wasn’t an issue. The staff made checking in and checking out a breeze. Once again I’m so grateful for the cleanliness.

Rooms very ckean. Very comfortable!

There was a boys soccer group there with parents. Boys were in pool area with a soccer ball, very loud and rude. Boys were unsupervised. Told staff. Took a very long time to settle the situation. Plus boys were in elevator and hallways disturbing other guests. Need to update elevator also.

Room was recently remodeled—and clean

Some exterior doors and windows needed cleaning and touch up work. Some of the room doors had peeling paint on exteriors.

The bed and pillows were top quality, very comfortable. The room was very clean, the cleaning staff doing an excellent job. All other staff we're polite. Good location. Overall a pleasant experience

The pool area. The pool was clean but the area looks dingy

We were allowed to check in early which was a huge bonus for us since we were on a red-eye flight and very tired. The staff member working the counter was very friendly. He completely understood our situation and was very herlpful.

more options for the continental breakfast, but it wasnt bad. maybe a better coffer machine, but again, not bad.

The property was very clean. Had a decent breakfast for clients. Easy access. Well located. It was perfect for our stay. Shower was really good. Workout facility was just right.

Nothing bad to say at all, if I had to pick something it would be nice to have a few additional options for breakfast. They had eggs and sausage each day plus a waffle maker and all were a good start to the day.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was specifically very clean. I thought looks like it had been remodeled a whole area. We had a great stay. They were very polite.
