I liked the fruit, yogurt and waffles. Coffee, juice, eggs and sausage/bacon were fine. I would have liked to have a banana. I appreciated having the front desk staffed 24 hours because I had to check out at 3 am. Bed was comfortable. The elevator was out of order which may have inconvenienced some guests. My room was on the 3rd floor and I actually viewed the stairs as a form of healthy exercise! There is also a fitness room, but I didn't have time to try that or the indoor pool out.

Hot water for instant oatmeal should have been near boiling. Window in my room was dingy, but I understand that it's expensive to have the outside of third floor windows cleaned.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. The room rate was very reasonable - so much so that I had some concerns before arriving. But everything about the hotel greatly exceeded any expectations - from courtesy of front desk snd housekeeping staff to the clean and well-maintained facilities to the convenience of shopping, dining, and access to other parts of the city. I stayed here for two days during a solo trip to explore bike paths around the southeast and Midwest. This was not the most expensive stay, but the quality of service and care were the best of my trip.

A relatively new property, so facilities and amenities are modern. Appreciated the coffee machine being available 24/7. The breakfast was basic, but satisfactory. There were several fast food outlets, restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance.

Our room was on the ground floor, and I could hear traffic from the main road during the night.

Room was nicer than expected! Love the reading lights and built in chargers. Bathroom was excellent. The elevator didn't seem clean, though...but everything else was good

Elevator needed cleaning and only one big pillow for two of us (three smaller pillows were on the bed). There may have been another somewhere or we could have called for one but it was late and we'd driven over 14 hours already.

Not a very good selection. There was no juice 2 days, and very little amount of food. The milk was old.

see above. The staff did not seem concerned with my dissatisfaction with the with the lack of mentioned items either not working or not available. also the printer for the computer didn't work which limited my ability to conduct business during my stay

The staff were very kind. The room was clean and made my stay stress free in that category. There were plenty of families there which was nice seeing everyone enjoy the atmosphere at breakfast and spending time together in the lobby.

Honestly there wasn’t an issue. The staff made checking in and checking out a breeze. Once again I’m so grateful for the cleanliness.

Rooms very ckean. Very comfortable!

There was a boys soccer group there with parents. Boys were in pool area with a soccer ball, very loud and rude. Boys were unsupervised. Told staff. Took a very long time to settle the situation. Plus boys were in elevator and hallways disturbing other guests. Need to update elevator also.

Location and very nice room.

Our floor smelled like skunk the entire time we were there. It was awful.

Room was recently remodeled—and clean

Some exterior doors and windows needed cleaning and touch up work. Some of the room doors had peeling paint on exteriors.

The bed and pillows were top quality, very comfortable. The room was very clean, the cleaning staff doing an excellent job. All other staff we're polite. Good location. Overall a pleasant experience

The pool area. The pool was clean but the area looks dingy
