I have stayed here several times and it's mostly due to the staff. I have NEVER had a problem here and everyone is always super nice. I also live the location! Its almost hidden from the main road but close to any and everything u would need while u are staying. I already have a few more bookings set for the future here. Like I said, staff is always awesome, there is a new guy that started recently. I'm not sure his name but he is from Jamaica, wears headphones around his neck and hair in "twists". I just wanted to recognize him for a min cause I noticed he was new because of my previous stays but he is really nice and has a really good attitude. Defiantly keep him around 💕

The breakfast could really use an upgrade. Waffles, oatmeal, yogurt and coffee can't be the only things offered 🤔 Another thing that never happened before and kinda intrigued me was that I know u can't smoke in the rooms, so I was in my car smoking and talking with my granddaughter and the front desk person walked around the building no less than 6 times while i was in my car. Was there a problem with me smoking in my car? Never had that happen before.

We were here for appts at MD Anderson Cancer Center. It was very close, but out of the frenzy around that area, it was especially convenient to every restaurant and shopping you could ever imagine! Very safe area, well lit! The room was perfect, priceeven better! Dannon checked us in and showed the 2 rooms I was pondering! Very knowledgeable! Already booked 2 rooms for surgery in March!

If they served breakfast longer than 9 am.

I liked that they had daily housekeeping . I first had a 2nd floor room with noisey 3rd floor neighbors right above me but upon request they moved me to the 3rd floor as well . They also had working ice machines on every floor .

They only had one computer in the lobby and it didn’t work . The rooms on the 2nd floor had a musky smell, which most Indian ran hotels have but the scent wasn’t on the 3rd floor , it was perfect .

Location was convenient, and the room was clean.

Our single king room was very small. The furnishings and finishes were a bit dated as well. To be totally honest, it was more like a motel 6 than a Clarion. I felt the "breakfast" left much to be desired as well, although it put something in our bellies. Comfort inn and suites breakfast is more in line with what I had expected here

The parking lot was not planned well. It's not a problem caused by the hotel staff. However, we rode our motorcycle and would have liked to park it within view from our room, but there were only two parking spots on the side of the hotel. We had to park it on the opposite side of where we stayed. If the hotel is not responsible for damages or theft to persons vehicles, they should have more parking where the patrons can keep an eye on their vehicles.

Was very empty when we arrived, got checked in really fast and easily. More cars arrived by nighttime, but noise was never a problem. Have no complaints about this place. Very good rooms for the price.

Breakfast doesn’t have any meat or egg options, but there’s still plenty to eat.

It was convenient location as we were going to a concert at the Ruoff and it was about a 15 min drive. Cheaper than staying in Noblesville nights of a concert. It was clean, beds and pillows were actually very comfortable. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Room was perfect for a night stay.

They didnt give you any makeup wipes like most hotels do which is fine but would have been nice. Ice machines were kind of far away from our room.

everything was great for the value

location was crap. construction near entrance made it nearly impossible to enter, we had to get back onto the express way and re-exit because entrance was so obscured, parking lot and street was over run with patrons for for adjacent restaurant in the evening. there was hardly room to drive out of the lot because of cars and people. it was insane. but the hotel was pretty nice

The double queen room was very spacious which was nice with a group of 4 people. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic.

Breakfast could have been better. Did not eat it but checked it out and it was very simple and basic. Nice to have as an included option though.

The man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The location was great. Near everything you need. Towels were switched out each day and garbage was removed.

There were dirty spots on the doors and the carpet looked a little nasty. Wouldn’t walk on with bare feet. There was a small stain on the comforter and shower curtain which was a little off putting.
