The room felt like home. Temperature control was nice. Large enough and separated living area from bedroom area was homey feeling. Mattress was very very nice but I did miss my own pillow. Walk in shower was lovely and separate sink area allowed one to use while other was in restroom or shower. Mini fridge and microwave helped our stay. Breakfast was full of plenty of delicious options. And the room was clean without any smells like other hotels. I would stay here again and again.

I missed my pillow was my only complaint.

Staff was very nice, the room was roomy and clean and nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. They had a good selection of snacks which we appreciated after getting in late after a road trip! The breakfast was also great - good variety and food was tasty!

We went to the pool area shortly after it opened. The door still had the "closed" sign up but we could enter with our key. We checked with the front desk staff just to confirm it was open before we entered. There was a bunch of trash presumably left over from the evening before. We alerted the front desk staff, and they cleaned it quickly. The water also looked a little murky so we were a bit nervous to get in but we didn't get a rash or anything so it was probably fine!

The property was very clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious.

The only complaint I can think of would be, the fitness room - the elliptical was out of order along with 1 of the 3 treadmills but those things tend to happen in a hotel. It was very clean though which as nice!

The room was more spacious than i expected and very clean. breakfast was very (wish it was served a little longer 10?) Staff was friendly and very helpful. Definetly will stay there again. All the road construction in the area was terrible, but hopefully will make things better going forward.

Excellent location that kept us close to the competition without paying a ton. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not terrible. Breakfast was ready at 6 which I liked because we had to get ready and leave for a cheer comp by 7:15. The room was spacious and clean.

I enjoyed the breakfast options; I really liked the texture of the eggs that were served. Unfortunately there wasn’t any sausage, home fries or biscuits and gravy, but maybe I just wasn’t there on the right day, lol.

The AC unit wasn’t as user friendly as I had hoped, so we had to ask the lady at the front desk to help us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great selection. The beds were comfy. The room was clean and well stocked with everything you could need, even paper plates! The kids loved the pool. I felt comfortable there as a single mom with her kids. We will definitely stay again!

The breakfast was horrible all but the eggs and bacon we had on our 1st morning and the cereal... the sausage and biscuits etc were not fully cooked and not kid friendly choices

The pool was very very small compared to the pictures on line and it was cloudy and green which was very unfortunate as our littles love to swim in pools when we visit hotels.

The room was extremely clean! The staff was so helpful. I didn't find what I was looking for in their convenience area, so I asked the front desk if they had an emergency item I needed. They said absolutely and asked how many I needed. Springhill also had one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had a hotel, and my whole party agreed!
