Customer service was great, room was clean and comfy, room design was awesome.

Everything looked great, but some features didn’t work properly after further inspection. The entryway light stopped working after the first day and the toilet lid wasn’t attached completely so it kept shifting around upon sitting on it. Could hear the hallway really clearly anytime anyone talked in it. Otherwise, great services and amenities!

Breakfast had a nice selection and was good except the biscuits both mornings were hard. The lady working in breakfast area was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Loved our room, comfy bed and beautiful shower. Front desk clerk was the sweetest and we could tell she loved her job, so friendly and helpful.

Only negative was the lighting in bathroom wasn’t bright. That’s it!

We appreciated the breakfast. And the location of our room.

Seems like we needed a couple more towel hooks on the bathroom. And we had a hard time trying to adjust the thermostat. Never did get it to work to our satisfaction.

Great stay. Beds were really comfortable, bathroom was beyond clean (even the baseboards were sparkling which is rare for hotels). The staff was super friendly. We had a great stay. Best hotel we have stayed at

Very clean, nice employees, awesome breakfast

The only thing I could find that I didn’t like was the shower curtain. It wasn’t wide enough and let water out onto the floor.

It has several varieties even including lactose free milk.

Our room door has a crack. It woke me up in the early morning. The noise mostly came from the workers using the ice machine.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. The king studio was pretty large and good quality for the price.

I could hear the people walking on the floor above me and there was someone from maintenance knocking on all the doors at 8:45 am.

Clean. Breakfast included.

Oddly, I ended up in a handicapped accessible room and I don't need it. Still, I managed. Hope I didn't deprive someone who needed it.

Nothing at all. Property was located in a great area, easy access to the freeway. We do not have one bad thing to say about this property.
