We did not use the breakfast amenity this trip, as we met family for breakfast in Fishers, but we have stayed there in the past and it was good! Enjoyed having a room on the ground floor near the exit. Warm and cozy fireplace in the lobby-so welcoming! Excellent staff. Another great stay!

Room was a nice size, beds/pillows comfortable

Wish breakfast was at least a little more than warm. Did not matter what time we sent down for it eggs, potatoes, meats, were barely warm. The do it yourself waffles though were the bomb

Justin was fantastic at the front desk. Warm and cheerful. Had great patience with older folks while explaining how they would get their receipts.. Breakfast was excellent, but milk was spoiled; even the brand new delivery( not HI fault...Sysco isn't the greatest with dairy products) I would suggest cold containers instead of individual cartons...but hey, things happen. The kitchen staff was all over...GREAT JOB!!

location was great, the hotel is very clean and the service was good. the rooms were clean and the small kitchenette is always a plus.the breakfast was very very good! and the pool is nice!

the sofa bed was not comfortable - even for my 12 year old, it did hurt her back.

I loved the location of the hotel. We were right across the road from Target and several restaurants. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable.

The breakfast wasn’t very warm and the hotel said there was a hot tub which there was not even a spot for one when we got there. The breakfast staff weren’t very friendly but the front desk staff was very nice.

Nice location, restaurants and shopping close by. Nice hot breakfast. Location felt safe.

The room and bedding was clean but the room had an odd odor. They had room deodorizer and that definitely helped.

Everything was awesome. Thanks so much to Justin. He was awesome. Zan was awesome. Steve was awesome. N the girl who checked us out was too. They all helped us when we needed something. Justin made sure everyone knew what to do about my questions about the bill and everything. They all made our stay wonderful. Thanks y'all.

I really liked the staff. They were very nice, kind, and always ready to help. The manager was also very supportive and made quick decisions to make sure we were happy during our stay.

Clean and everyone was friendly and very helpful.

The spa tub didn’t work in the room and the trash cans in the room are super small. We ate in the room a few times but didn’t really have any place to put our garbage.

I paid extra for a room with a spa tub in it and the tub didn’t work, I was told the manger would call the next day to address the problem but he never did so that was disappointing
