Room was very nice and clean and comfortable.

The lady who runs the breakfast bar is rude. There is no sign stating that tongs should be used for the biscuits and it's not really that noticeable where they ARE located. She asked my husband to please use the tongs, then went on a tirade about how everyone hasn't used the tongs all morning and said it was "unacceptable" even after he apologized. She could have handled the situation much differently but she continued to berate him, thankfully he didn't hear her or else I'm sure he would have talked to a manager. But wanted everyone to know, use the tongs or else you are liable to get scolded like a 5 year old.

We usually stay at another brand hotel but the price just didn’t sit right with us this time. We booked here and I’m so glad we did. It was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. From the sweet staff, beautifully decorated lobby, room layout, comfortable bed, great breakfast, and I’m so in love with that walk in shower! My husband is very brand loyal and he was so impressed that on the way back home we stayed at another Holiday Inn Express! It was good too but this one was Nice!

It was day of eclipse and my work was in totality area. I work with dogs lodging so there was no way I could risk being late so booked the room with zero issues. That day, accommodations were made for my early arrival and so appreciated. The area was safe and everyone so nice.

We loved the indoor pool! The proximity of the gym to the indoor pool was very convenient. Definitely would recommend

We didn't like the sparse options for breakfast. For the price it was reasonable but the breakfast was lacking. Dry eggs and sausage with hard biscuits. The cereal was also stale and the self serve pancake area was messy when we went down. Still it was good value

The breakfast buffet was very good and had a many different choices. I enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. There is an EV charging station at the Meijers very close to the hotel.

Please consider putting EV charging stations in your hotel parking lots and make it even more convenient for peoplel

When I mentioned to desk the one vending machine was out of water, they quickly provided me with a bottle.

Service met expectations, but didn't wow. Attention to guests versus their phones would have been appreciated.

I am not a rich person and was in town to watch my grandkids play in a baseball tournament in Indy. Due to it being "Father's Day weekend", the price was extremely high and way out of my budget. I went into debt on a credit card that I will be paying on for quite some time now because of the high rates for that particular weekend. I wouldn't take it back for the world because my grandsons will not be young for long. I only wish I didn't have to go into debt so much just because the weekend was an "event" weekend. That's what your staff told me.

I explained above. It would have been so much better for me if I could have paid regular rate.

Indoor pool water was cold and the kids couldn't swim. Elevator was broke and we were told it was the previous weekend also..

we always stay at Holiday Inn’s because of price. property was well taken care of. rooms were spacious and clean.

eggs and sausage were too cold and kcup coffee maker in room did not work at all. hallway in front of elevators is waaaay too narrow for guest to exit and enter the elevators at the same time.

Was very noisy with the stairs close by and the door constantly slamming in the early morning hours.

Fill the shampoo and body wash in the showers. Maybe actually turn the handles to the right side so when you think you are getting hot water you actually are.
