Not only was the room cleanliness was phenomenal, the breakfast alone could bring us back to dry again it was very bell stacked and hot! The gym area while small was great as well. The pool area was very clean and well maintained each use along our stay.

Upon arrival to the room not only was the room different than what we views and selected online. When the desk was called and I requested more towels the attendant seemed very off put that I would request more and said if I needed them to come get them only to be met with the same disgruntled behavior. The pool being one of our favorite parts of the stay unfortunately was also not adequately stocked with towels, so I counted the different guests that were utilizing the facility and went to the counter to ask for towels. I asked for 6 towels and was questioned on why I needed them who they were for before being given three towels instead so some of the guests had to walk through the hotel soaking wet and cold.

We stayed 5 nights at this location. Location is great. Near everything we wanted and it was quiet. Breakfast is more than adequate. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices. Rooms clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good place to stay!

Guest Laundry room was very cold and only had one working dryer and washer. Dryer did not get very warm, but the hot water was very hot.

My grandson had a traveling basketball tournament and I just couldn't travel back 2hrs at 10:00PM at night. Your motel was perfect for my and my grandson's rest so I could get up early and get back to Brown County for school and my work. Thank you

Nothing, all was well. I know I don't always label everything perfect, because I feel no one is perfect.

Really close to the Rouff Music Center. Was very clean. Breakfast was decent. Beds were firm and comfortable.

A few little things could have been repaired, Bathroom door didn't quite close right. Price was jacked up for concert.

Having a room when needed

Their attitude, them trying to charge for damages when there wasn't any, just to get 20 in cash, bring told we smoked when we didn't, we only got 2 towel and no coffee and our toilet doesn't work half the time. And the employees seem to be laughing at and talking about people and they're just disrespectful.

Close to the venue, easy to get in and out, and friendly staff.

When I went to bed, a big ant came out from under the pillow. I quickly killed it. Checked for others. When I didn't see any more, I laid down and fell asleep.

Facility was clean. Met my expectations for the price.

Breakfast was fine for one day, but hot food option did not change second day so we chose to eat out instead.

The location was perfect. we came in town for the Janet Jackson concert and it was very convenient to the location. The staff was also great and tentative, clean property, hot breakfast. No complaints!

When I walked into the hotel, I instantly smiled something that I believed was stall. Kind of like old, dirty carpet?? And, when I opened my room door it was definitely a d, musty smell. The carpetaybe is old and needed replaced or something! Just kinda smelled musty.

I booked my room off of booking.com and the price online said $89 and when I arrived at the property I was charged $99 plus tax.
