I liked how friendly the staff was and how they were willing to work with us when our travel plans changed.

There wasn't a breakfast like advertised on booking but there was coffee for everyone at least. They didn't come to take away trash during our stay so it also means rooms weren't cleaned daily. Some hotels save resources by not daily cleaning rooms, this fact needs to be told to guests if that's the case. They did give us the supplies we needed for the room though.

I was surprised to find a microwave and fridge in the room - great bonus! Bed was comfortable and liked the pillows l.

Overall the hotel was pretty ghetto - had to ask for a light bulb in a lamp and the police were called because there were people outside obviously on some kind of drugs. I was asked If u wanted to buy any drugs in the parking lot ....Also didn't like that the ice machine on my floor didn't work. The pool wasn't open either- but with all that being said I never felt unsafe and no one bothered me after I said no. Really it was a a decent deal- your not going to stay in a cheap hotel without some shenanigans. It met my needs which was a 1 night stay.

The front desk were very accommodating with request. The area has plenty of nearby restaurants and loved the Walmart that was not far away.

You get what you pay for. I wish that the pool was open and that they had breakfast. Their breakfast area looked to be under construction. At least the did provide free coffee to guests.

The room didn't have any toiletries beside towels l, hairs in the tub and sink upon entry. Floors could've been cleaner than they were

The place is clean, the service is great, when you need something they're there for you.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The people over me but other than that I love the room and the person at the front desk at night

The team helped my younger daughter get some milk to bring to the room even outside of breakfast hours.
