Pet friendly with a fee, we notified the front desk clerk that our pet is service animal ( currently being trained) since our other one recently passed away at 19 yrs old. He was very accommodating and there was $0 no charge. Breakfast was hot and a nice variety each day. They offered to change out our towels even before day 3, we didn't need housekeeping during our stay due to our pet bowls of water being our and we didn't want any chemicals being sprayed. We came in to fresh clean carpets and a wiped down surface areas and WE left it in that shape We are VERY particular about hotels that allow pets and as a owner we keep our animal clean as if at home, we do not allow him to lay on beds because we travel with a crate, bedding and the consideration of others is important to us.

I did not like the constant banging of doors after midnight that sounded like kids running the hallway. This created enough noise to keep our dog barking!!

Seems like a group of a few guys trying to keep an aging facility going with some hotel rooms and some long-term residence. No matter what everybody was friendly and helpful, and we’re understanding when I messed up my reservation and didn’t realize I was supposed to check out a day early. Overall, it’s a decent place, nothing fancy, and gets the job done. Recommended.

The hotel room was clean. Great location for our trip.

Staff not approachable and not available. Breakfast area was not maintained. Waffle mix ran out. The tables were not cleaned after use. There was a youth tournament nearby. Lots of kids running up and down the halls talking loud. Add that to all the doors slamming shut throughout the night. I didn’t get much sleep.

Clean and freshly painted rooms. The hotel is in a good location close to shopping and restaurants. The overall cost to stay is competitive with the area.

First - The patio door in the room did not lock. This was a concern when we discovered it. Second - There was a hefty cost for one night use of the destination charger that the staff said they had on-sight. EV charging has been included with the stay at other hotels that I have used.

The location was perfect, close to the surgery center. Staff was excellent and facilities were clean., Beds were comfortable. I was worried about the $100 deposit because I read several reviews saying it took forever for it to be credited back. I had it back the morning after I checked out.

Lots of sirens but it is close to hospitals so it is to be expected.

I liked the breakfast options that were available. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. I enjoyed the my room was upgraded and there was a small balcony to walk out on.

The breakfast hours should be extended during the week. Also the door security was not the best, anyone could access the side door to the building.

I changed my reservation to less days and the price went up per day, way higher than the initial price

The staff are amazing and the manager is super kool like he’s extremely dope the place is safe and it’s hard for me to be comfortable at places and I was very comfortable

Only thing I didn’t like is that there was little nets flying around and the more you kill one the more they came out lol but they were only in the bathroom.other then that it was kool

The breakfast was good. It’s always hot when it’s time for me to eat breakfast. The location was great. I more people should come and experience the cleanest of this hotel.

The office staff is very nice. They make sure the guest has everything they need. when I need anything, all I have to do is go up there to the office and ask them they always provide me with everything that I need

Conveniently located with lots of food choices close by. Easy to get to attractions & downtown. Good selections for a quick breakfast.

Older facility but well maintained. No tv channel guide in room.
