Love the staff (mostly, see below), the convenient location, everything is always clean and comfortable. This has been our second stay here and when we are back in town we will stay here again.

Checking out I asked for the late possible check out the night before, the lady at the desk was so great about it and said she would make a note on my room. The next morning a knock at the door and the man asked if we were checking out. I told him there should've been a note made and he was VERY rude! The attitude was not appropriated especially since I did my part. That left a bad taste for me

Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was served on time and was well-stocked. The location of the hotel is very convenient with easy access to restaurants and some shopping, and also easy to get in and out. Parking was easy and plentiful.

Although there appeared to be a vent in the bathroom, it was either clogged or insufficient, so it was impossible to avoid fogging the whole bathroom even with a quick shower. We had to leave the bathroom door open after a shower to clear it up, which would make the room a bit humid. It may have been just our room.

Everything was clean comfortable, this was the second time we stayed there. We will be using the hotel again.

The elevator was not working and we were on the 4th fl.

Location was highway close and there were a number of good restaurants nearby.

We had stayed at the hotel in the past and were happy to come back. Our flights were changed, so we arrived early in Indianapolis. We were told to call and see if rooms were available, but when we got to the property we asked to pay a per hour fee until check in time. We did, but were surprised by the request since they had rooms available. Also, the elevators were broken. Staff did not seem real happy to be working there.

beds are so comphy. place is well maintained and lit. every employee we have had the pleasure of dealing with has went above and beyond. we just moved to Indy and this has been a great place to stay while trying to find a house

We were in Indianapolis for the Indy Mini Half Marathon race. The hotel was not close, but in early morning only a 20-minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. We did not have breakfast because it was not served early enough and no take away bag was available. The room was big enough for three of us and clean.

The area looked run down as we arrived and there was only one car in the parking lot. In the morning, when we left the lot was full. It seemed no one was staying there at first, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Everything was very clean, and smelled clean had no complaints. The woman that checked us in was great. She was pregnant and was working her little tail off. We were late coming in and in the past I have had problems with hotels giving my room away because we were late, I called and she was wonderful and took notes and was very sweet and at midnight that is very uncommon, and we still had a room!

The breakfast was terrible, and we were bummed the pool was not in working order. That should have been told at booking in my opinion. It probably would have swayed my decision a little on where to stay.

Sunday breakfast was limited on hot items but the yogurt was good. Monday breakfast was much better and more in line with my expectations. Check

Check in was very slow - 15 minutes. Only one person at the desk and even though there was only one couple in front of me that couple was having problems with credit cards and I had to wait for all that to get resolved. My room was pre-paid so my check in only took a couple minutes.

Unfortunately another person staying at the property caused damage to my vehicle. My Security system in the vehicle was able to capture the incident. I asked a person at the desk if they could notify the person that I needed to speak to them about the incident. She was able to identify the person and asked them to call me about the incident. I did not want to report a hit and run if the person would simply contact me about the situation. Do know, the employee did not in any way disclose any personal information about the person I was inquiring about. She later told me that the driver did want to meet with me to rectify the situation. The driver told me he didn't think he caused any damage, however, it was dark, my vehicle is black and it was raining. So I can, in a way, understand . We were able to come to an agreement and therefore, a Hit and Run report was avoided. THe employee contacting the driver avoided a police report and what could have been an annoying process.

The only complaint I have if any is that the property upkeep when it comes to curb side appeal was sub par for a Best Western. THe property just looked unkept for passers by. To be honest, you know the saying "You can't judge a book by its cover", well when I pulled in I thought, OH NO, this place is going to be nasty. However, once I entered the building, the contrast from what it looked like outside to what it looked like inside was remarkable. It made me wonder, how many people have driven by here looking for a room for the night and bypassed this property just because of the lack of curb appeal.

lovely room and plenty of outlets. super clean property with a pool. i loved staff came iclean towels emptied the trash and put clean sheets on the bed.

the night staff were inattentive and one guy looked like he was sleeping when i went to the front desk. keys didn’t always work even though i left them in my vehicle so they did’t touch my cell phone egg breakfast was awful would have preferred scrambled eggs
