The rooms were clean and comfortable. I wasn’t looking for a large room with entertaining something comfortable in the lodging were always kept tidy and especially in the lobby. Only thing I wish there were a refrigerator and coffee maker. They did have a coffee maker in the lounge if you’re looking for Something comfortable at a reasonable rate it means expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

I wish there was a refrigerator to keep milk and juice in that there was ice in the lounge and you could get a small cooler but there was an inconvenience that wasn’t necessary

Staff was very helpful and friendly while checking in as well as when we needed to change rooms due to small issues with first room. Very convenient close to restaurants and stores walking distance to quite a few of them or a short drive to the rest.

Although it states no smoking. We needed to change rooms due to the first room having a overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The issue was resolved very quickly with no complaints or issues. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I liked the modern look, reminded me of a cozy apartment inside the rooms. outside the room not so much. I liked that the ac worked and it was a Better area than my other options.

I didn’t like that housekeeping knocked on my door a bunch of times and let themselves in when I was sleeping. I had told the front desk in night shift and didn’t want to be bothered. thankfully there’s a extra latch that doesn’t allow them to come in. I also asked for extra blankets or pillows or even silverware of any kind they denied all so make sure to bring your own. ALSO ‼️there’s is no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms not even for an extra cost unless you get their biggest double bed rooms! Ik this booking said for a extra cost per request. it is wrong. bed was pretty but extremely hard. back was killing me after two days

The room was clean. The shade covered the entire window. Total blackout in the room to sleep. The lighting was cool; the room. Was lit by strip lights under the bed and behind the headboard. And each side of the bed had its own lamp. The TV was larger than I expected. Honestly it felt like staying in a studio apartment.

Check in was done through a kiosk. This is more personal preference I guess, but I thought it was kind of cold and unwelcoming. The bed was like sleeping on a board. Not very comfortable but for one night I'd stay there again.

It was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and the pillows not too big. Staff was nice, perfect to rest for a night. It was clean. The fact they are pet friendly at no extra charge is amazing

The hot water in the shower wasnt that hot. It wasnt a problem, but could have used a little hotter for those cold winter nights.

There did not seem to be any breakfast provided, so we ate at Panera, which was just across the street. We had a tire issue and after waiting 2 1/2 hrs for AAA, we were just happy to find someplace last minute and online to stay. Great price and RIGHT next door to a tire store!

There were no shampoos, lotion or hairdryer in the room. We did bring those though.

A beautiful property and exceptionally clean. Wonderful staff, very professional and friendly. I will be staying there much more often. The price is excellent for all the Amenities you receive.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the hotel staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Functioning TV. But the friendly staff is my biggest compliment.

It's not the best part of Indianapolis in my opinion. But I guess we can't blame that on the hotel.

centrally located and easy to access! bathroom was clean and very updated. beds were super comfy and the lighting was great. parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. lots of flat surfaces in the room! it was really nice for arranging our luggage and having usable spaces.

noise carried pretty easily between my room and my neighbor’s but it was a room that had a shared door between the rooms, so that might have been the problem. the microwave was old and noisy but worked well!
