I truly love about the kitchen. I can make my own food and i love the refrigerator that i can store my cold food or beverages in. Happy that I didn't need to constantly spend money on fast food so that was a plus.

I found a dirty spot on the pillow so i wasn't sure if the pillow ever changed. Another of residents outside with bunch of kids. I had to report to the front office that the kids was throwing rocks at windows and cars. I was very upset about that. Wish it was an elevator and a cart so we can easily carry our things up level floor.

Because my wife is handicapped they gave us a room that was located where she did not have to climb any stairs. Also it was close to the door we entered from the parking lot.

I thought the bed was a little hard. My wife liked the bed. The drain to the bath tub didn't allow the tub to drain as quickly as it should. The refrigerator which was very large made more noise than expected.

Decent outdoor appeal. No room for a pool that I could see; would’ve been nice. The room was clean, no odd smells and the bed was very comfortable. No worry of unwanted crawling visitors detected. The bathroom was a nice size w/ the extra room shower curtain. The ac was frosty cold to the point I turned it completely off and was comfortable the entire night. The hotel was quiet with no kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. The manager Jada was extremely nice & helpful. Please remember that patience is needed because she is short staffed and doing her best to accommodate us. She is pulling double duty w/ assisting the cleaning lady in readying rooms as well as trying to be available to check people in and out. When I go back to visit; this location will be one of my choices to choose from. I’ll just be sure to request the 2nd floor and wear tennis shoes… lol.

There is no elevator. That detail I did not pay attention to and was my fault on that because coming from the 3rd floor to ground level in heels, carrying a carry on with 3 other bags and no hands to grab the rail sucked big time. Also the design was confusing because I couldn’t find my way to the lobby without going out the side door to walk around to the front. You’d think you just go to the center of the hallway and you’d find the stairs to the lobby. NOPE! Coffee would’ve been nice w/ maybe individually wrapped breakfast muffins for leaving guests. If there were coffee, you didn’t smell it and I saw no cups to get any.

The front desk along with the housekeeper always stayed nice and polite. The property stay nice and clean.

The room was very comfortable. I wanted a room to cook in so we could contribute a dish to the dinner we were invited to. Duane was very helpful in bringing up the necessary cooking utensils. It appeared the rooms had new carpet as well as in the hallway. The shower seemed to be new as well. I liked being able to park close to the building with plenty of parking available. The area is near the interstate and also shopping and restaurants.

The lack of an elevator but it wasn't too bad.

Vending machines weren't working properly,breakfast options were scarce at 7am

They employees, especially the GM Tamika were very nice and accommodating.

My first room had an overwhelming smell/stench of old smoke. I had to ask to change rooms because it smelled so bad and all the air fresheners I bought didn’t help at all. Tamika moved me immediately when I told her and apologized on behalf of the hotel.

The front staff is awesome. Deltrice, Tameka, and Dwayne has helped my wife and tremendously while we are here. Its layed back comfortable rooms and good coffee. Check it out. Oh they are around a whole bunch of shopping and restaurant.

I just wish it was hot breakfast other than that its awesome

Dwayne the front desk check in rep was a Delight very polite Manager qualities I see him being a big compliment to your establishment and hope he climbs up the corporate ladder

Room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Floor vacuuming was not done well. Shower very slow to drain water. All was tolerable for my use of room. I made no complaints.
