The check-in staff were very accommodating, very polite, very sweet! When I got to my original room there was no bathtub, just a walk-in shower and I requested a bathtub days prior to checking in and all I had to do was call the front desk and explain that I requested a bathtub and she moved me immediately. She also gave me a welcome check-in goodie bag. The breakfast was amazing. The bistro at dinner time was amazing. The drinks were amazing. The staff were amazing at checkout overall it was just an amazing stay.

I was directed to make my reservation with that department thereby could not interact (communicate) with the local desk until we arrived. I did enjoy the friendly staff there. They were very professional, likable, personable and courteous.

We did not know that we needed to do a promo code when making reservations, so we did not receive breakfast. Maybe my misunderstanding. It’s advertised with, “Enjoy Breakfast at Courtyard …” Also there wasn’t a microwave as we use in most other places as we travel.

The manager Ricky is exceptional with trying to please everyone. He was able to accommodate my request for a double queen and he is attentive. I did not like asking for towels and the housekeeping staff did not check in to see if we wanted our room cleaned or to empty garbage daily. I did not like no microwave in the room. A shared microwave on each floor is not appropriate when you have a full house and not able to fulfill the needs of guests.

There was plenty of free parking when we arrived. We were greeted promptly and check in was a breeze. When we got to our room it exceeded our expectations, was very clean and well put together. The size of the room was amazing. We had TONS of outlets to plug in our family of 4's tonnage of electronics. The TV was a great size. Beds were very comfy with plenty of linens and pillows the sleep comfortably. Plenty of towels, wash clothes and hand towels. The facility was super quiet, barely heard a noise all stay unless we were standing close to the door. Our 7 year old LOVED the pool and was the highlight of her trip. All in all a great experience!

If I had to nit pick anything, in our room there was a small section of carpet pulled up to the right of the air conditioning unit and a piece of 2x4 under the unit holding it up. The lamp above the night stand was broken on the right side and hanging slightly lower then the left. There were blemishes in the wallpaper behind the beds and a few blemishes in the dry wall, one above the blinds and one on the ceiling. All of these were only noticed when nit picking the room. Our stay was great and the room exceeded my expectations. It was our families first time staying in a Marriott.

Very clean place overall! Pool was going to close but they allowed us to use it for awhile anyway! Great staff, friendly, courteous and kind! Great location, close to the main highway, places to eat and a gas station. Slightly hidden behind BW but easy to find once we knew it was there! We sat in a small grassy area with a few (4) other families to view the eclipse! Very pleasant trip, will definitely be back for IMS and a race!

A resident goose seemed hurt (leg), but wasn't a complete nuisance!

The hotel smelled good and very clean. Brande gave the BEST service i have even had at a hotel. She was very kind. She greeted me with a good morning every morning. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was very comfortable. She even offered to help me carry my things in. Of course, I wouldn't have her do that, but it was the thought that counts. Her customer service deserves 5 stars.

I liked all of it...

I thought the breakfast was faster service with more items self served, or at least have breakfast ready and you can eat and go. I wanted 15 minutes or more when I was in a hurry. Breakfast was not buffet style or full restaurant style.

Order of breakfast,lunch or dinner. Took entirely too long,the ppl cooking breakfast was the same ppl checking you in so there's a wait for either.

Close to the highway.

We booked a king room with a pull out sofa. Perhaps my fault for not paying attention to the room size, but it was a very small room! We were on the first floor and the ceilings are very low as well. We had two adults and one child. I’d recommend booking a two queen room. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Clean hotel and good lobby we had a balcony that was very nice

Taxes and fees were hidden on booking had to pay them at check in and they couldn't charge the card on file and they don't accept tap to pay. The air conditioner unit blows on the side of a desk causing poor cooling and the green light on the smoke alarm lights up the room making it hard to sleep

Employees were very friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. Having a bar was a nice extra.

Had to pay for breakfast! Prices for food and beverages expensive. Bartenders not very familiar with alcoholic drinks ( how to make them) Toilets too low and beds awfully high.
