Within walking distance of multiple restaurants and a Starbucks. It was quiet and the staff were mostly very friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, the blinds/shade in our room was mechanical and stuck in the down position. The front desk said someone lost the remote to the shade and they just haven’t replaced it, I guess? Another issue was that our door lock batteries apparently died during our stay, essentially locking us out of our room. We had to wait in the lobby for 15-20 mins while someone brought the batteries from off site to fix our lock.

We got in after 1am and the front door was locked. Which I actually loved. You can only get in if you have your room key. Makes you feel safe! Jasmine at the front desk was beyond sweet! For it being 1:30am she was kind, informative & very helpful. The beds in the room were so comfortable! We had been in a different hotel for the last 4 nights and these beds were by far the best out of the bunch!

One of the nicest places I've stayed. I've stayed in some $300/night hotels that were not as nice as this place. Super clean. Comfortable. Had the double queen and it was more room than I could ask for. Full size Dove products for use. Everything was spotless. Lots of places to charge my phone. Back lighting every where.

Breakfast was not the best. Front desk staff was not that friendly upon checking in or checking out. Like its a job and I didn't matter? But the facilities are what matters to me and I can't say enough good things about my room.

We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No one was there at all when we got there. There was a guy standing there telling us when he checked in his seating cushions we wet and he is unable to sit down. He had demanded to speak to a manager so the check in lady left the desk and did not return for about 30 minutes.

Check in for sure. Not only did we have to wait in someone to come man the front desk we also had asked for a cart to carry our belongings in. The check in person told us she would have someone bring us one that they must have been left in The hallways instead of being returned at front door. We waited another ten minutes and never got a cart. We did have a handicapped person so it made check in very hard.

The rooms never smell stale. The pillows always have a fresh scent or smell. When the pillows and sheets are clean, that is always a plus. I do not believe in laying on bedding from other guests.

The young children using their hands and fingers at breakfast! No guidance from the parents, and me formerly in the food business, I could not eat any foods that were exposed to the children.

The guys at the front desk smiled and welcomed us like we were family. They were very friendly and helpful. 🙂 The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the beds were soooo comfortable. We all slept very well. My kids loved that the pool was inside the hotel. The free breakfast was very good. They had a variety of food to choose from. My overall stay was well worth the money. I definitely recommend this hotel for a good night stay.

The only thing that I disliked was that the shower didn't have a lot of water pressure. Really wasn't anything to complain about though.

Breakfast was pretty good. Biscuits and gravy were tasty. Coffee was good. The room was big and well laid out. Plenty of outlets and charging plugs. Nice shower. Climate control was simple, effective, and quiet.

The sausage patties were not that great.

The Continental breakfast was the best I have ever had.

I thought Booking.Com price was a bit high. Reserving a room via hotel was a better price. So I doubt I will use Booking.com again.

Clean rooms, loved the window shade!! (No curtains blowing around.). Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast bar was not stocked and ran out often.

Trim the fur tree over the sidewalk at the main entrance so that you don’t have to duck to walk on the sidewalk. Tighten The bathroom faucet in my room. It was loose.
