The hotel room was clean. Great location for our trip.

Staff not approachable and not available. Breakfast area was not maintained. Waffle mix ran out. The tables were not cleaned after use. There was a youth tournament nearby. Lots of kids running up and down the halls talking loud. Add that to all the doors slamming shut throughout the night. I didn’t get much sleep.

Clean and freshly painted rooms. The hotel is in a good location close to shopping and restaurants. The overall cost to stay is competitive with the area.

First - The patio door in the room did not lock. This was a concern when we discovered it. Second - There was a hefty cost for one night use of the destination charger that the staff said they had on-sight. EV charging has been included with the stay at other hotels that I have used.

The location was perfect, close to the surgery center. Staff was excellent and facilities were clean., Beds were comfortable. I was worried about the $100 deposit because I read several reviews saying it took forever for it to be credited back. I had it back the morning after I checked out.

Lots of sirens but it is close to hospitals so it is to be expected.

I liked the breakfast options that were available. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. I enjoyed the my room was upgraded and there was a small balcony to walk out on.

The breakfast hours should be extended during the week. Also the door security was not the best, anyone could access the side door to the building.

The staff are amazing and the manager is super kool like he’s extremely dope the place is safe and it’s hard for me to be comfortable at places and I was very comfortable

Only thing I didn’t like is that there was little nets flying around and the more you kill one the more they came out lol but they were only in the bathroom.other then that it was kool

The breakfast was good. It’s always hot when it’s time for me to eat breakfast. The location was great. I more people should come and experience the cleanest of this hotel.

The office staff is very nice. They make sure the guest has everything they need. when I need anything, all I have to do is go up there to the office and ask them they always provide me with everything that I need

My wife and I needed lodging while our home was being renovated. The King Suite was perfect for the two of us, and quite reasonable. The desk clerk and staff were friendly and accommodating. I was doing a great deal of the renovation myself, and had contractors coming in to install flooring and the like. After a hard day's work, the king bed was luxurious and always gave a great night's sleep. There are several good restaurants, some easily within walking distance.

Same old breakfast every day, with no variation. This is no different than any other hotel, I suppose, but it would be nice to come down on the weekend and see that things have been changed up a bit. Bacon instead of those freezer sausages, or biscuits and sausage gravy instead of the same scrambled eggs every day, or some raisins or berries and nuts to dress up the instant oatmeal would be nice.

Conveniently located with lots of food choices close by. Easy to get to attractions & downtown. Good selections for a quick breakfast.

Older facility but well maintained. No tv channel guide in room.

How clean the room was and the customer service was excellent the man at the desk was very nice when I was locked out my room The Man behind The desk Kylie let me in

There was no disappointments it was satisfaction guarantee I love this hotel I will return one day for another visit thank you comfort inn they made me feel comfortable

Very comfortable and the upgrade was great

It takes forever to get the $100 deposit back and I booked it online and it didn’t say anything about a deposit luckily I had a hundred dollars left on my credit card
